Its just feels a bit too slow for me, so would love yours to work again!
Also for what it's worth, I do not have either DLC installed which could be a problem.
If wasn't for the mods this game wouldn't be so fun
Some one, please, tell them to stop this crap of useless updates... they are getting more annoying than Microsoft whit the forced bullshit updates
I've a similar problem since the june patch, that it won't update the costs for certain eras ....
maybe it is because when the mod applies the updates and maybe could be overwritten later again ... and for me it is also the same with other mods that alters the costs for tech and civics
New game, no issues. Save and resume later will keep the multiplier. At first, I thought you meant the mod suddenly broke.
Btw is there a discount for old era research ?
If you can't find a golden age mod, let me know. I'll put it on a to do list.
As for Take your time, you'll notice people reporting it broken since ERAs came out with R&F. Because author didn't adjust how long an era should last. Adjusting era scoring correctly would be impossible to do as some eras it would be too weak and others too hard. But if you really need that mod...
Problem is, that when Era score is multiplied in equal proportion as civics and techs, you ll have too much time to work with. Effect is detrimental for game, as you earn too many points after reaching score needed for golden age. After that point, all historical moments you score work against you - increasing score needed for golden age in next era.
Previously I used "take your time" mod (that we all surely know well) with 8 or 10x increased tech + civics and only 1,5 magnifying for era. This could give you a notion what ratio of delay between techs/civics vs era points is needed to enjoy a game.
