These are some of my favorites. I especially like this in a custom cargo harbor build, as it gives a space for the truck to spawn in and drive on to my roads naturally for a very small worn down cargo river port. Its awesome

It says this in the description, but textures are shared between all buildings so only ~5.5mb is used in game if you have Loading Screen Mod

I absolutely love these buildings! I wish we had a few more shapes, like the basic 3 story block without a loading dock.

You can subscribe to both assets at the same time, they are different buildings as far as the game is concerned.

Thanks Spence, I hope we can get the non functional props soon. I like the decor of these, but would like them to be just non functional ploppable elements. I think the demolition one is already that?

Spence, I did get some workers and trucks to go there using the existing road setup, so I think it is within the necessary envelope. Just requires a hugh number of residential units to be be built close by supply workers which is a game attribute vrs your design. In a small village setting like this it's better to just have that non functional prop. Thanks again for creating these.

I'm guessing based on the screenshot that the roads are too far on one of the loading dock sides. I won't be at my PC for a couple days to test further but I will probably release the RICOd versions as a separate pack which use road placement rules. Sorry for the trouble!

I guess I'd rather after seeing how they work have them just be ploppable with no functionality because the worker errors turned on immeditely and will not go away. Other facilities nearby don't have any worker issues. I can't turn off Rico because I need that for other facilities in the map. It's a great asset, but if workers won't go there, and I can't plop them I won't be able to use them.

@Detail I don't play with RICO regularly anymore so I can't say for sure, sorry. When I tested these with RICO enabled there seemed to be trucks visiting, workers increasing, and the needs bubbles for raw resources were disappearing.
I would assume that they just need to be closer to a road or the road needs to be on a different side of the building? This is the first time I've made a functional building that's also freely-placeable, maybe there are some problems to this approach I am unaware of.

I would consider making a separate set for functional play that has road snapping rules like @IkeFanboy64 requested. But importing models and doing everything in the asset editor is my least favorite part of the asset creation process >_<

Hi Spence nice looking assets, I put one down as Rico to see how they look and how they act. I got a need workers (all Jobs) and no truck or car traffic visits the building? I'm using the one with the loading docks on both sides thinking it would be a truck depot of sorts. Can't really figure this out as of yet, I read description, but I don't think there is a road issue? TY
