But to be serious, seems odd, why would a unit with full-plate have a lower armour rating than a bog-standard state troop in munition plate? If balance was the reasoning then I don't see why you couldn't have just made them a firmer defensive unit with the Decent Melee perk at the cost of range or fire rate/or reload speed.
But, eh, those pegasai look like they'll be real fun to use against melee-focused armies.
