please update
Iyerbeth  [author] 22 Jun, 2017 @ 1:10pm
I will be moving DeI support to a seperate addon pack for all 'Iyerbeth's Reduced' mods over the coming days so keep an eye out for that if you use DeI. Base support will continue as normal, but update is taking a little while longer with the conversion.
Iyerbeth  [author] 21 Jun, 2017 @ 4:59pm
For those waiting for the updates, I've managed to finish the reduced food today and I'll be checking for DeI compatibility tomorrow as I think there are some changes from DeI that'll be imported currently to people who don't use it, so I need to iron that out. If it's successful I'll be uploading a further reduced food version with DeI support, as well before working on the reduced squalor and finally re-adding DeI support to further reduced squalor.

YAY!!! thank you!

Update coming in the following days, further reduced mods were updated today.
Vaelore Onari 27 Mar, 2017 @ 10:19am
None of your mods work anymore!! Can someone take over, these are awesome mods!!
Iyerbeth  [author] 5 Jan, 2015 @ 10:47am
Hi Lucerne: It works for me if I use the mod manager application but some are reporting that doesn't fix it for them. Short of uploading a compatible version of DeI myself if that doesn't work I'm afraid there isn't much I can do except hope they remove the part of their mod that resets all the values.
lucerne96 4 Jan, 2015 @ 7:49pm
does this work with DEI 1.02?
Diocane 20 Dec, 2014 @ 1:19pm
It's not working for me, at least not in DeI. Also tried to change values by myself on PFM but it doesn't show any effect in game.
Iyerbeth  [author] 18 Dec, 2014 @ 7:12am
Should be correctly updated for the latest patch now. I haven't managed to check the DeI issues and I'm travelling away shortly but I'm hopeful I'll be able to get something done over the next few days but I'll be with family without my pc so wil need to get stuff reinstalled.

Iyerbeth  [author] 15 Apr, 2014 @ 2:05pm
Hi Valeriopelagatti, I know I mentioned this in the food mod to you but just so it's here too, I've updated these mods specifically for patch 12 beta now rather than just presing update to sign the version as ready.
Ciuffu 15 Apr, 2014 @ 10:06am
hi friend i think that it doesn't work , with divide et impera doesn't work now i try with radious (before he worked with radious )
Iyerbeth  [author] 15 Apr, 2014 @ 9:14am
Hi, I have uploaded a new version today so it should both work and show up as in date. If it doesn't please let me know and I'll see if I can do anything. :)
Ciuffu 15 Apr, 2014 @ 9:02am
hello friend, is this mod patch 12 compatible?
Dr Poocrumbs 14 Apr, 2014 @ 3:53pm
Ahh okay, thanks! :D
Iyerbeth  [author] 14 Apr, 2014 @ 3:29pm
I know you've already seen the further reduced mod now, but I thought I'd just say that this version isn't just that -2, but over 3 or 4 settlements in a province it really adds up so I do suggest trying this one first. I originally designed it for my personal use and found this was about what I needed to enjoy the game, but after I uploaded it people said they wanted more so if you're one of those people Il'l be supporting the further reduced mod too for the life of the game.
Dr Poocrumbs 14 Apr, 2014 @ 11:06am
Big fucking difference , oh yeah!! -8 opposed to -10 tottally going to stop rebellions....
Iyerbeth  [author] 6 Mar, 2014 @ 10:30pm
Hi TheFlyingRoss, it should just be automatic. The most likely reasons would be that it isn't ticked in the launcher's mod manager or some other mod is changing the values back.

Assuming it is active I'd advise loading up the game with only this mod active and seeing if the values are changed correctly. You won't need to play the game like that, but just getting in to the game will let you see if it's working or not and if it is you can activate mods a couple at a time and reload in to see which one is causing the issue.

If you do find a mod changing the values to normal and you don't think it should be then it's likely the author hasn't properly optimised their mod and you'll need to ask them to sort it. If it should change the values then the mods aren't compatible.
TheFlyingRoss 6 Mar, 2014 @ 9:30pm
I have subscribed to this for a bit, and it has yet to change my save game file.

Any ideas?
Bjørn 10 Jan, 2014 @ 2:17am

Iyerbeth  [author] 9 Jan, 2014 @ 1:46pm
Hey Carlito, it does also affect the ai.
carlito 9 Jan, 2014 @ 1:25pm
does it also affect the AI?
Iyerbeth  [author] 9 Jan, 2014 @ 12:25pm
Hi dobermannpharaoh, I'm sorry to hear you're having that issue. I've not heard of that issue before but I do have a .rar file available with the files which if you install yourself should be recognised as the most up to date version which sounds like it should fix the error and let you stay subscribed for future updates from Steam Workshop.

The link below will give you a .rar file, which contains a .png and a .pack file you can extract. After you have them, just cut and paste them in to your Rome 2 data folder, which for default Steam installs is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Total War Rome II\data". I hope that fixes the issue for you.

{LINK REMOVED}.

it is not downloading when I subscribe it just gets my game stuck in "one or more of your mods are beeing updated"
Iyerbeth  [author] 7 Dec, 2013 @ 4:47pm
For anyone interested in the earlier dicussion of further squalor reductions or food too, check back tomorrow evening. This mod won't be changed but I'll be uploading a modular solution to the problem which should give you what you're looking for and there will be an enhanced description with relevant details. This is an approach others haven't taken so is still a mod service I can provide which isn't available elsewhere.

Those who like the mod as it is, nothing will change and you won't need to do anything at all. I use this mod myself so I wouldn't alter it.
Alexander The Greek 7 Dec, 2013 @ 4:52am
ok, can you fix and food?
Iyerbeth  [author] 7 Dec, 2013 @ 4:50am
It's one for the minor buildings because of the effect that change has on large provinces. It wouldn't be unusual for this mod to result in 4-8 additional happiness on the minor buildings alone, and that again for the maximum town upgrades and I found with a bit of testing that it was enough to allow for some extra building upgrades, or using an entire building slot for something military or industrial rather than for public order which was what I set out to do.

That said, if it were wanted by people I'd be willing to support 2 versions of this mod where one has a more significant penalty reduction.
Alexander The Greek 7 Dec, 2013 @ 4:21am
why only one?
sev_overkill 4 Dec, 2013 @ 6:14am
thanks! this is exactly what I was looking for!
Iyerbeth  [author] 4 Dec, 2013 @ 5:12am
Hi Sev_overkill, it is completely compatible with save games and works with the latest patch.

Also, thanks for your feedback hunter04d. :)
sev_overkill 3 Dec, 2013 @ 7:56pm
