I grew up in Mason City and this building unironically has a special place in my heart! Cool seeing it on Steam.

As a MC resident it was kinda cool to just randomly see this in the list.

All props are optional. If you list more required items people tend to download the asset less. All my assets include the same sets of props and if I include others I will list them as required.

Love your work but you never include the props that go with your creations. It is a royal pain in the ass. I downloaded 4 of your great works and came up with 10 items that are missing. Extremely annoying. Why don't you fix?

Amazing work as always!
Darf  [skapare] 14 mar, 2020 @ 12:40
I create it from diffuse/specular in photoshop.
matthiaspowerbomb 14 mar, 2020 @ 12:22
Fantastic, as always.
Pirazel 14 mar, 2020 @ 11:47
Always impressive work! Do you bake the normal map from a high detail model or do you use a software to generate normal texture from the diffuse one?
eaglexp2000 14 mar, 2020 @ 7:43
Very nicely detailed building. Thanks so much!!

Awesome!
Kenny Blvnco 13 mar, 2020 @ 17:43
Do you add the textures in sketchup and bake them on in 3ds max and create the maps, or do you create the diffuse map in photoshop first and unwrap the textures in 3ds max? I struggle with that part
Darf  [skapare] 13 mar, 2020 @ 16:47
I use 3ds Max and Sketchup.
Kenny Blvnco 13 mar, 2020 @ 16:40
Ahh I see, I'm pretty good at photoshop, it's just hard finding the right colors for the buidling and the windows are a nightmare. I probably should've started with something easier. Do you use blender or 3ds Max?
Darf  [skapare] 13 mar, 2020 @ 16:35
Lot's of UV tiling and no baking. I always use wider textures instead of square ones, with uv tiling you have effectively more texturespace. Having a lot of photoshop experience helps as well.
Kenny Blvnco 13 mar, 2020 @ 16:22
Looks amazing. How do you get your textures to look so crisp? I'm working on Philadelphia City Hall and the textures look so bad.
ududrlrl 13 mar, 2020 @ 15:07
Very well done!
