I always felt sprawl was a great way to help simulate the size of our galaxy. I shouldnt be in contact with half the galaxy 30 years after game start. So thank you again if this helps with slowing things down a bit.

I didn't test it, but it should work.
- Districts to 0
- Systems can stay on 1 I guess
- Colonies to 1
- Branch Offices to 0.25
- and Pops to 0. The standard Administrative Capacity can stay the same.
