Have you turn on the "PB [FSD]" programmable block? It should have the Fancy Status Displays loaded.
All the blueprints in this collection should have the off by default, so that they don't cause any issues when printing.
I do have a question though: it should lift just fine (if a little slowly) when completely full of ore, including drills, connectors and cockpit. Are you playing with any mods that might change thrust or cargo? Or maybe a higher gravity planet? It should work on Alien or Earthlike (I don't think Pertam was a thing when I made this, but I doubt it would work).
As for the components, that is very much intentional, anything with a "O" in the designation is only for Ores, if it has a "C" then it would be rated to fit and carry a cargo full of components.
Minor problems I have had:
Lacking a little for Lift when fully loaded (do not leave the Drills full. If only Cargo, should be okay)
Not enough Gyro Power (I added 2 more, much better)
If you Flip Over, have fun slipping it back (tho this is a common issue with most Atmo Only ships)
If you use it for Transport of Components, the Cargo Boxes are not all connected with Large ports, so you might get something stuck in there.

So, first check they PB is turned on, then check the name of the Cockpit for the [PAM] tag
If you use it for PAM job, and have ejection set to "Drop Position" then it leaves the hole to drop off stone.
The only thing I don't really get is the ejectors at the bottom. They just spit out stone that you pick right back up with the drills if you're trying to stick to ore while actually mining, rather than just tunnelling.
For some reason, it makes the PAM script freeze up, so best not to leave a job running when you are logged off, unless you know you'll be back before the server reset.
Also, if you are going to change the cockpit, make sure you add [PAM:#] to the new cockpit name, where # is the number of the LCD you want the PAM readout to show (if you're going to use the script).
