I've applied your mod but it gives 3 advanced heavy barrels only...
The mod "[WotC] EvilBob's Dejanker" fix that kind of thing and the modder is currently active, I asked for him to add a fix and so he did =)

Anyway, if you want it to work with loot pinatas (or, probably, at all with loot drops) the file XComGameCore.ini is missing a header section so just add [XComGame.X2LootTableManager] above the +LootTables lines

As for what changed: first and foremost they now actually work. Other than that, they all also have icons, inventory icons, and inventory category icons now. I took the extra time to set those up specific for each weapon, so the icon matches what it actually looks like on the weapon. (Also, a big shout out to Iridar and Veehementia for explaining all this new stuff to me!)
Also, I found out that WSR (currently) does not actually work with non-vanilla weapon attachments such as this one. Iridar said it's an easy fix though, and that WSR will be updated with that feature tomorrow sometime. Once that happens, I'll re-submit my configs for that.
First, go into Heavy Barrels' XComGame.ini and comment out all the LootEntry lines. Next, go into LWOTC's XComGameCore.ini and add a new line to the BasicWeaponUpgrades loot table for SNHeavyBarrel_Bsc, and then do the same for the advanced/superior versions of the loot tables with advanced/superior heavy barrels, while making sure drop chances are changed around so that the total of the drop chances adds up to 100.

Regarding missing visuals for certain mod weapons, I'm actually planning on making a WSR config for that. Specifically, I'm going to include LWOTC's SMGs, Laser weapons, Coil weapons, Claus' Hunter Rifles, and Iridar's Beowulf Rifles. I could share it if you like.
