Well it is weirder that it is voice and start position...and battle voice and character stats.... so yeah no logic there.

Try disabling all but mine and seeing. Then add one at a time. Mixu is one of the more popular mods that is often incompatible. Also start position mods are what mess with campaign voices. But any mod that changes the unit stats will also run into issues with the battle voices since battle sounds are on the same table as stats such as melee attack/defense etc. Once you figure out the mod causing conflict try changing the load order. Sometimes (not always) that can help deal with two mods being incompatible.

Anything that changes campaign voices, campaign diplomacy voices, adds factions, or makes factions start at a different location. I'm sure there are probably others that might be use that as well, but generally speaking people who mod start positions mention "start_pos" or "start positions" in their mod description.

Then go do that Tennobi! I gave you just about everything you need to know to mod it the way you want in the video I made. That would be a fairly easy mod. The only difficult part is getting her skin colors to match between the two figures since Isabella has veiny vampire skin and Repanse has perfect living woman complexion. If you are good at Photoshop it wouldn't be too bad though. Personally I like keeping the art style of the original character as much as possible in my mods. Not interested in just making a woman who could be any character if I can avoid it.

Just an FYI that I updated the mod to simplify it. My mod was much more complicated than it needed to be so I streamlined it a bit. It still functions the same way, but by simplifying it a bit I hope to make it work better with other mods that might change stats and whatnot.

That has been something I have considered doing for a long while. My wife prefers more fighty type characters but I think Volkmar would be a good one to do nonetheless. Bertha Bestraufrung replacing Volkmar was my original idea for my FIRST gender change mod (this one).

Oh yeah...mounts are a pain and looking at Rakarth....they did his mount stuff weird. I will just make a mod for Rakarth as I need to play around with it to figure that stuff out. Always hate doing mounted animations...especially "weird" mounts like chariots and mammoths and whatnot. My wife is interested in Rakarth's mechanics anyway.

Thanks. I've managed to get the unmounted animation working but the others are still messing up even when assigned what i think are compatible animations. (the sorceress on a dragon for rakarth on a dragon)

That is just an animation issue. Go to Land_units table and change the animation to an hu1_b animation (female elf/bretonnian woman/khalida remarkably). Also will need to go to Culture_to_battle_animation and set that animation as a delf animation (assuming it isn't already a delf animation and that you are changing Rakarth)

Do you think you could do something similar to Rakarth please? ideally with the shadow sorcerer from Spooky's Dark Elf Sorceress variants. I tried doing it myself but it ended up becoming a spaghetti monster.

The mod is now up to date. My solution to the problem was just wait and see what happens and that worked. So the mods are now up to date. No freaking clue what was going on but it seems to have resolved itself.

Hey All,
I have updated all of my mods but I am struggling with an error that prevents me from uploading them. I have never had issues updating or creating mods before but after the latest patch I have been unable to update or upload any new mods. I get "Failed to create mod in Workshop! k_EResultTimeout" when I try to update a mod and I get "Failed to create mod in Workshop!" when I try and create a new mod. As a test to make sure it was my account, I had my wife log into her account and use my mod files to create a new mod and she had no issues at all. If anyone has suggestions on how to fix this I will try them out, but not even the modding den discord channel has been able to figure it out. I just wanted you all to know that I am working on updating my mods but something is going on. I will let you know when it is fixed.

I originally considered it to be honest Wilbuilder. In my first versions of the mod (before releasing it) I even had her as a blonde. I didn't really know the color of the hair of Karl but he seemed like he would have darker hair rather than blonde hair based on his face so that is why I stuck with the dark haired. And again that is just my imagination of his face that made me think he would have darker hair rather than blonde hair but yeah.

I have no map voice for her. Voices in battle and voices on the map are two different file types and so you cannot use battle voices for campaign map. So sisters of avalon voices cannot be used on the campaign. You can only use the voices that are used on the map by other characters so I go with silent so that she isn't screaming someone else's name every time you click on her. Kinda of ruins the whole vibe for me. I have also gotten to the point where I'm sick of hearing them scream their names as well and I am seriously considering a mod to just remove all campaign voices since that isn't a audio setting in the game yet.

Okay it is fixed and running with the new Welfs. That was my bad before...my mod was stable but the Welfs were not there and I didn't notice since I have not had a chance to play the game since the new DLC came out. Let me know if there are any issues. You will probably need to start a new campaign as Start Pos mods tend to do that...I believe. I'm still not super experienced with modding.

Thank you Tarkin. I will take a look again at the mod and see what I can do. I have not had a chance to play the game during the new DLC besides making sure my mods were stable and ran still. I didn't look that closely at the new factions so I will see what is up and fix it.

I'm sorry if it's only on my campaign. I'm not trying to disparage. Was playing MP campaign and the new WE factions were missing. The only mod I had on at the time was this one. I removed it and the factions returned. I repeated the process after integrity checks, the works, several times and repeated the results. I had assumed, if incorrectly, that it was because the mod was made before new DLC was released and didn't have the full faction table. If it works with the new one, and it's only my machine, then I must find the reason through more study.

You mind explaining what is wrong Tarkin? It should be up to date with the latest DLC. I have loaded it up several times and just did it again today to make sure things were working on my end. What is the problem on your end?
