Mod works fine, and it's nice that is speeds growth, but sadly how much you can grow is kind small as, there is a cap. Maybe make a sub mod which makes it so provinces have a rediculous wealth cap. ( So you can grow indefinitly if you have low taxes. ) Obvisously though in time this might be a little overpowered, so why don't you also decrease the amount the lowest tax level actaully gives.

Actually - seems to work! :-)

does this not work with the new emperor edition? i've deleted all other mods and it still fails to run with this mod, can anyone confirm? @Septus
Falcor 5 Aug, 2014 @ 5:35pm
great, I was shocked when I lowered taxes and received no benefit after seeing the growth penalty in vanilla.

I'm just subscribing to your mod right now. Thank you for making it as you're quite right, it is silly that this feature wasn't included.
Septus  [author] 18 Apr, 2014 @ 8:07pm

Loken 3 Apr, 2014 @ 4:31pm
Still fails to recognise the mod :/ I was just reading on another that the movie files are no longer supported by the mod manager, ive no idea if its related to yours though. GL!
Septus  [author] 3 Apr, 2014 @ 4:04pm
try running with nothing but this mod to see for me please.
Loken 3 Apr, 2014 @ 11:11am
Im getting the ! marker on the mod list, running normal campaign, my other mods only add to the game and dont change anything so i doubt its conflicting with any :warmage: Ill look into it next time i boot up, should have checked last time lol
Septus  [author] 3 Apr, 2014 @ 8:03am

Loken 3 Apr, 2014 @ 5:06am

Septus  [author] 26 Mar, 2014 @ 9:26pm
yes working with latest patch.
Coastalaxe 26 Mar, 2014 @ 3:27pm
Next question, was the most recent update for the latest SEASONS AND WONDERS patch? Is this now working with that?
Septus  [author] 20 Mar, 2014 @ 7:26pm
yes, and it is working for me as of now
Coastalaxe 20 Mar, 2014 @ 5:06pm
Patch 10 is now live! Was this compatible with the beta?
Sirandrewdrake 27 Feb, 2014 @ 1:05am
Is it compatible with divide et impera?
Septus  [author] 12 Feb, 2014 @ 5:33am
radius does something very similar already.
LithiumFemmek 11 Feb, 2014 @ 2:25pm
work with radius?
Sheph 6 Feb, 2014 @ 11:12am
I downloaded STW2 but cannot read the pack file using the latest pack file managers and schema 42.
I can "extract" garbled text files and don't see a non-tax option in the tax table so it must be somewhere else.
Then again, I am not sure that population growth mattered fin Shogun for "tow_growth", only for baseline economy growth.
Septus  [author] 4 Feb, 2014 @ 12:36pm
So far the tax exemption file has eluded me but I am still looking.
Sheph 4 Feb, 2014 @ 11:19am
Can you figure out how to add even more town growth for towns with no tax?
I don't know where to look for this.
prudencio_f 3 Feb, 2014 @ 5:52am
no, its fine in this mod! no positiv public order!
Steerpike 2 Feb, 2014 @ 11:45pm
Friendly suggestion: bottom tax tier gives +2 public order, one up from that adds +1 public order. Not too generous, but a reasonable bonus.
prudencio_f 2 Feb, 2014 @ 4:53pm
im sorry septus! you are right! this mod is great! dont need to change anyting! thanks man!!
Leonnidas_pt 2 Feb, 2014 @ 2:25pm
It's compatible with DEI?
squidman97 1 Feb, 2014 @ 8:57pm
Thanks for putting this more balanced version in. I liked the first one, but I thought the bonus was too generous.
Septus  [author] 1 Feb, 2014 @ 5:44pm
No that is what it is supposed to be. I did not change it, that is just how CA made it, though I could change it to be positive. what amount of public order do you think would be reasonable?
prudencio_f 1 Feb, 2014 @ 9:04am
but now, in my game, in lowest tax give -1 of happines, this is not right! in yours is positiv?
Septus  [author] 31 Jan, 2014 @ 6:56pm
I didn't touch the public order, i left it as it was in vanilla. I can though, if people want it.
prudencio_f 31 Jan, 2014 @ 5:01pm
please, correct one thing in this mod! tem happines! in low is negative! this is not correct! and in high is about -15! just that and this mod il be perfect!
a100167 31 Jan, 2014 @ 10:18am
Awesome, thanks Septus!
Septus  [author] 31 Jan, 2014 @ 12:25am
Not everyone wants the moderated version.
