OK, cool
It was actually a mod launcher issue. I closed the game and reopened it, made sure the mod was active and it was fixed.
It does so I'd guess you've another mod also editing the localisation entries for repeaters
Load order isn't really a thing in XCOM 2 modding. You could set locally installed mods to load after or before Workshop ones but that's about it for a mod user.
Sorry again - been a while since I modded XCOM 2 and got confused. Apologies.
Oh, OK. That just changes the order mods are written to in XComModOptions.ini, the game doesn't follow the order they're written to in that file. That reordering functionality's been removed in the latest versions of AML as it didn't do anything. Wish XCOM 2 was more like other games and load order was simple for the end-user to specify
Usually I use the AML to do that. Select a mod, under the "Inspect" tab, and specify the order number you prefer. I'm not 100% sure that works, tbh, since I have multiple mods share the same index... but the few times I had to specify the order it did work. So good luck, I guess?
Have you found a way to specify load order? My manually installed mods load in alphabetic order and before Workshop ones, but Workshop mods seem to load in the order they were uploaded to the Workshop.
So to answer your comments:
1. Tactical suppressor is compatible only if you load my Better Repeater mod before it. Load it after and TS' suppressors won't have their necessary abilities (you can work around this by using WSR to re-patch them in, if you want)
2. Reverse for the Better Attachments mod; it has to load before my Better Repeater mod or my changes will be overwritten. And unlike TS, in this case you can't work around this via WSR.

Sorry for the comment floods
+GlobalStealthWeaponAttachements=(AttachementTemplate=FreeKillUpgrade_ABB_Bsc, ConcealmentLoss=-15)
+GlobalStealthWeaponAttachements=(AttachementTemplate=FreeKillUpgrade_ABB_Adv, ConcealmentLoss=-25)
+GlobalStealthWeaponAttachements=(AttachementTemplate=FreeKillUpgrade_ABB_Sup, ConcealmentLoss=-35)
Forgot I added that to Tactical Supp's so that may be why they worked ok together

Was using it with the Better Attachments mod,all seemed to work as intended. Had to edit Localization files just to reflect both changes. If they are compatible, i'll just use your Localization file as a basis and edit that.

Personally, I never use any weapon attachments since all of them break game balance in some way (looking at you, extended mag+banish), so I just treat them all like "generic sell trash" you see in pretty much every RPG ever.
