The flanking bug is fixed and the battles are at a near perfect speed. Thanks for the fast and good update. Sorry if I was a bit harsh in my first comment.
One more thing I wanted to point out is that no text shows up for the first Manipular Organization tech. Like a big box shows up like a lot of info should be there but I can't see it.
Anyways, thanks again! Now back to flanking the Hades of Syracuse's hoplites and the ETL's spears!
@charliefells Fixed problem what caused freezes when you play as non-roman factions
I rotated who I charged in, popped abilities, flanked, etc, and I still had to sit there watching nothing but parry after parry. Units that get attacked in the rear can fend off THE ENTIRE UNIT FLANKING THEM with just two men that lock things down because:
a) the super slow kill speed
and b) something with the flanking formation is bugged with your mod, such so that there is no real reward for the strategy that everything is slowed down so much for.
@jdlikinsfor recruit artillery you need build workshop and research proper technologies (is same as in vanilla game)
@charliefellsI do not have this problem and all people who tested mod has no similar problem also, but try load game from turn 18-19, and check game files
