Neaples is a coastal city, though. That may be the only flaw of the renaming.

unfortunately, this mod works only for English version of the game.
@Hetairos:
In your game's folder directory (Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Total War Rome II\Data), you will find the language files you are looking for.
For example, to change the city names for the english version of the game, all what you have to do is to edit the file local_en_rome2.pack. :) If your game is in different language, then I guess there should be extra files in that directory, something like local_de_rome2.pack or local_it_rome2.pack
I prefer to stick with my default language (English) for the game, sorry. :(
