@!cO I really appreciate the thought but I just don't have the time, it ain't about the money, besides I have not modded in ages... I am sure someone can grab my file, no permission needed and update it :)

Sorry Guys I tried to update, but after having a look at the latest DEI files, the amount of units I would have to modify is beyond my will to use my own mod. I only leave it here for anyone to modify my mod and update it if they wish

No I have not been updated this file for a long time. I might update my mods when I get some time since I started playing Rome 2 DEI again

Idea on how to Balance Barbarian Fleets:
Make the unit numbers higher. This way, Barbarian Fleets can increase their boarding effectiveness, and allow them to more actively taqke and sack port settlements on their own.

As a hellenic navy, you'd have the advantage in a straight up fight, but the Barbarians might just avoid that fight entirely and strike undefended ports while the Navy is away.

Hi toxwenius, I am aware, and there is nothing I can do about it. If your men are 99.99999% boarding a vessel, and there is only 1 left in your original vessel when it gets rammed, burn, etc you will lose the whole unit. In this game you can't command captured vessels, your men will always jump back to their original ship...and in many a cases a few will be left behind fighthing the remaining men of as surrenderd ship. And there are probably won't be future versions of this mod, unless it becomes uncompatible and if I have the time....sorry bud

Hi Sirandrewdrake, are you aware that if a ship gets destroyed while it's men is aboard another ship you will loose the battle if that was your last ship? This is also true even if your men were clearly and overwhelmingly winning the boarding battle. Hi Josip, that was a while ago, if DEI changed the name of their file it will be loaded first. You can rename it or use the community mod manager. I would recommend the second

Hi mate, I'm confused. You said that if we're using steams' mod manager it will sort out it self, but in my load order dei part 1 is before (left). Should I rename your packs or what?

They are, and if you are using a mod called BDR to balance differently combat values I got a file that allows you to use my mods with that mod too

I'm playing some Rome 2 with DEI after a long break. I always liked this mod and your artillery mod. Are they still effective with DEI in it's current version?

there were still spots to land even tried sending them to another area but they seem to get stuck. when i disabled the mod and played the same match (i had done a quick save before the battle) they worked fine... idk anyways the ship combat is greatly improved i do like the mod its just the transport thing that i was having problems with

The transports refuse to dock when there is no more docking spots on the beach, that is how the game is progammed not the mods fault, and the spinning problem sadly is the same, the only way to fix it is to eliminate the ability of all ships to turn around on the spot, which would be more ealistic but sadly it will affect all ships trying to turn on combat...Sadly buddy there is nothing I can do to fix that

had trouble with this mod, tried to play a port assault in campaign but most of my transports either refused to dock or they did land troops got off but the ship kept moving through the terrain and troops ran at the speed of the transport like they were still on or something...

aww man please update this mod, it crashes with the new Emperor Edition patch, I love this mod and play naval battles all the time sad to not be able to use it. :'(

Are you using a water mod? the ocean in these pictures looks beautiful. I haven't played since several patches tho so maybe they rebuffed water in a recent patch?

Hey Darkness I believe it works best if you simply downlaod the one pack form the TWC, its all of DEI but in one file. BTW Dei should be at the bottom or many of your submods wont work.
