@GAlvares I am one of the original beta testers behind mod DEADLANDZ and Livonia was our main terrain. It feels close to home. Unfortunatelly original developers behind DEADLANDZ stop all work on it because core mod was broken and we would have to switch to completely new modpack. I am glad that at least someone still uses Livonia, because it is one of the best terrains in A3. Good job M8

@MynameisHoff Thanks for the heads up! I've added CUP_MAPS as a dependency now. I apologize for adding this mod to the scenario, but I'll look for what I added to the map that came from this mod and change it. I believe the ACE dependency has been removed.

I love the Livonia map, even though it's mostly fields and ruins. I think because I don't see much done on it, I made this scenario so I could play it. I'm glad you're enjoying it!

I disabled the animations for some AIs, so only the vendors have them now. I also reduced their number—some were just decorations in the scenery.
I had no idea about the items you mentioned that were in the starting chest, they weren't supposed to be there. I removed them and left only the ones that were supposed to be there.

I'm getting back to studying and plan to make the scenery a little more "dynamic" and with more things to do.

4) In case of survivor's bases... Keep the number of animations on AI's low, because it tanks performance. I would animate only AIs which are safe in the building. Also when AI had animation, they were not able to defend themselves, cuz of said animation. If you want to use animation on "defending" AI's, then animation should be suspended when AI is in danger mode.
5) IMHO I would make AI's in the survivor bases invincible. You chose base places really nice (hidden between the trees), so they should not brake the game by killing everything in the 500m radius around the base.
This mission has potencial, so I'm looking for playing it in the future!

First of all, nice mission. I like that zeds drop loot, I really don't have problem with water and food, once I knew they drop some valuables. I like zeds density and their hearing-spotting nature.
I encountered some difficulties...
1) I had some missing dependency, but I googled what it is and repaired it by loading CUP Maps addon.
2) Sometimes I get missing weapon in some script during the mission => some renegades and raiders were without weapon. In the last playthrough I was able to se M21 from RHS and PPSH from SOG dlc.
3) I think Traders are WIP, because I couldn't sell some weapons and magazines to weapon trader (AK74 and AKS or AKM, all from CUP).

Mission won't start, as it has missing dependency. There is some Ural from RHS GREF and this mod is not in the mod list. Or you had RHS GREF loaded when you updated mission.

Nice mission, would be awesome tho if Pettka the guy in the HQ could hand out missions, random ones I saw there is a mod or script for that.

Finally a Ravage scenario in which you start in an actual base and already have some equipment! It's a bit strange though that a hightech missile launcher is there in your base. Also: there is a very well parked, very well maintained car just in front of my base. I am sure it is my car, why can't I enter it and drive with it?

The Ravage loot spawn being really limited (by design in the mod) AND the Livonia terrain having very few cities and villages (so, not many houses to loot) it is almost impossible to survive a few hours on this map because you don't find anything to eat or drink.
It's sad, because it was otherwise a nice Ravage scenario.

@Galvares, I have couple of things that I want to tell you about this scenario. Zombie spawns, NPC spawns, it all works great. But there is a problem with food. After my third attempt, there is still almost no chance of finding in. I have managed to get couple of empty bottles, cans and two tactical beacons, but no tools or can opener, so I was pretty much fucked. There is also problem with loot overall. Only very limited number of times I was lucky enough to find gear, weapons or anything to be honest. There is also a problem with crash sites. I can see the smoke but after couple od minutes, the smoke and wreck are gone. Can you take a look at this? Thank you

В редакторе выбираем карту Ливония нажимает Ф5, ставим почти все модули РАВАГЕ и настраиваем атрибуты. Смотрите видео по настройке ютубе. Хотя аптечек и еды так и не будет, их надо прописывать как-то в модули вручную.

In the editor, select the Livonia map, press F5, install almost all the RAVAGE modules and set up the attributes. Watch the YouTube video on setting up. Although there will be no first-aid kits and food, they must be registered somehow in the modules manually.

Hi, for radiation I take as a rule what is described in the Ravage mod Wiki:

"Speaking of protection, you can find an wear certain items that will help protect you against radiation. None of it will make you radiation-proof, but it will reduce the amount you absorb. The only items of clothing that can help are the pilot coveralls and CSAT high-tech gear. The gas mask also helps reduce exposure.
To cure radiation poisoning you need Anti-Rad pills. You can find them as loot in buildings and some enemy AI units carry them too."

When I played the scenario for test I found some Anti-Rad pills in the npcs that patrol the map, it wasn't easy but I found them.

@ BYK , use VanDeansons Apocalypse mod , you can configure it to dynamically spawn as much loot as required for your play-through , u can also add packs of feral dogs , also vehicle repair in this mission must be done via ravage tools , so u need a wrench and toolbox at least i believe

here are som suggestions that my group would love to see:

more loot in piles, i have yet to find and weapon, or GPS to make it easier to move around map

MULTIPLAYER for like at least 4 players coop.


vehicle repair (dont know if this is actually apart of it already)

add Bulwarks menu option so that things you find in the environment cna be stockpiled and used to build a stronghold.
and bulwarks parameters (pregame type options settings:steamhappy:)

now this would be a game.

@BYKmatty I honestly don't know how to configure any scenarios for LAN, I've never tried to play this way...

This scenario is a singleplayer survival mode, a simple adaptation of the Ravage mod to the Livonia map. There are no quests or tasks in the scenario, just groups of enemies that patrol the map and others (that I added) will spawn in some cities and other places with some different loot, besides of course the infected that are scattered around the map.

I like OpictCobra's missions, especially Escape from Arma, but I think it's a little heavier to run on my PC, in my safe zones I have a big drop in fps (in Livonia I have a small fps drop in Topolin) but it's because I modified these areas more and my PC is not very strong so I understand why, that's why I didn't give up modifying a little bit to get the way I want and I believe other players can enjoy it better then this is ok for me. I keep doing the tests to fix the radiation problem in the safe zone.

There's radiation covering the whole survivor base which slowly kills the player by the way. :jake:
