the original creator of the WeaponCore mod recently retired but a replacement is already out. the only thing you would have to do is to list the new WeaponCore as a dependency and remove the old and retired one. thank you in advance <3

Good afternoon, the mod is causing a compatibility issue. This typically occurs when there are other mods that haven't been modified for this version. Therefore, it would be good for you to review the MOD, as it's giving me the following error for these 2 files:
S2Repeater_ANIMTEST.sbc / S2Repeater_ANIMTEST.mwm
: Resource not found, setting it to the error model.

cannon placement seems to be a bit off when compared to the barrel (small grid s3 variant)... Also they're impossible to rotate in some directions while using placement assist

Would you consider adding the damage for all the guns / projectiles to this page? Id like to compare them to other weapon mods to see if theyre balanced in terms of cost/damage.

I will have to confirm this issue, but it is likely that a workaround is possible. I will see what i can do if i ever get back into Space Engineers (Mod support is currently halted, because i have a burnout from space engineers and am working on another, bigger project. This does not mean that the mod is dead. )

Hi, I've enjoyed these guns - they look great! One issue I've found is that the laser projectiles get targeted by enemy point defence weapons as if they were missiles. It looks a bit silly when Gatling turrets shoot at laser rounds. Is a workaround possible?

Hey, im new to this but i'd like to adjust the laser color for my own game but i cant seem to figure it out. i cant seem to find the right variables in the Particles.sbc. i thought it would be under particle light but that changed nothing. could you help me?

At some point i will add turrets, yeah, but dont expect them to be added anytime soon since i am burned out from Space Engineers and the fact that this mod is focused on fixed weapons.

ive no clue how, but weaponcore animations just down want to work on my subparts, ive already tried solving this issue on the official weaponcore discord server, and they couldnt find any solution either. despite this i try to see if i can fix it somehow from time to time

@deothor, hello.
The thing with the turret controller i havent gotten to yet, and should probably figure that out, although is seems to be an issue with most weaponcore weapons from what ive noticed.
The iffy placement with most of the weapons is mostly because its intended for them to only have a few mount points in specific areas so they are placed exposed, but all the guns placing a bit wierd when rotated is something ive not figured out yet, but will most likely address in the next update.

Hey, OP, i gotta say i really enjoy your mod. It's exactly the stuff i wanted.
There are few things, I just wanna mention:
* Turret controler (that uses rotor + hinge) doesn't see the turret/cannon - OR i am blind) - you can still cheese it by activating cannon via toolbar and that somehow fixes it, but it's just kinda weird
* Cannons have iffy placement. You can place it on the side, but there's no way to place them from.. uh.. behind?

it isnt needed to add that to the title of the mod, because if a mod has a dependency set, then steam will always ask you to subscribe to them first before subscribing to the first mod, therefore telling you if the mod has any dependencies or not.

that's perfect! I'd suggest editing mods title with something like "requires weaponcore", I know it shows in dependencies, but sooner or later you'll get another derp like me asking the same question :P

@Butterslingshot, for now the mod is mainly to be used with stuff i build when i cant find a specific gun that works with my build in the workshop, so nothing is too well balanced currently. but when the mod gets bigger, ill consider balancing and similar tweaks.
If youre concerned about the lack of "realistic" laser weapons, i can tell you that i will most likely create one that fires a beam instead a bullet of energy at some point.

Very pretty guns, but I'd love some stats to see if they're balanced, otherwise great models and yeah, I dislike how all the laser weapons tend to be "It just shoots blue bullets now", there's only a couple ACTUAL laser laser mods, and some of those have some weird rendering problems
