Yes. What the mod does is unassign all red skills from all heroes(minus the activated buffs). Computers can only put points into skills that have be assigned to the heroes.

By similarity I deduce that it is changing the 010 for 00. This admiral is difficult to test because you have to unlock it through technology.

Thanks. I will look into it. But it may take a few days. The 8z is clearly a typo but i will have to look into the vampire coast general one (I don't have that DLC so cannot manually check if anything is breaking)

hmmm, not sure why. Can you tell me that the errors are? Its entirely possible i have an invalid reference but it definitely works right now (i haven't played in a while but no new lords have been released so it should be fine)

hey, I opened it up in RPFM as I wanted to figure out how to do the same for some mod-added characters, and it is throwing 2 invalid reference errors

Thanks for uploading this mod to TWW3, as I told you on TWW2 a long time ago, I really like the idea of the mod and it has more implications than most people realize, when I finish my series of mods I will recommend this one as well, it's a treasure :steamthumbsup:

Probably not. This was asked for the warhammer 2 version as well and that was my answer then too. The way this mod works is by manually removing all the red skills from each lord and manually re-assigning the unlock dependencies. Fundamentally its a fairly easy mod to make (feel free to open it up in RPFM to understand how it works) but its relatively time consuming. Its not so bad to update this mod for new DLC because i can relatively easily find the new DLC lords and then there are only a handful to make. But its a lot of work to make it work for Mixu since i would have to edit every single lord of his. And load order would mess things up as well because if my mod loaded first Mixu would overwrite it. Plus i would have to update every time a new lord was released.

Fantastic mod, I like to let the AI auto-handle skills, and the hodgepodge of buffs it picked never meshed well. Now I don't feel so overpowered randomly!

If you open my mod in RPFM you should be able to see fairly easily how i went about doing things. Which was more or less, remove the army buff skills on indent 4 of character_skill_nodes_tables, and then fix the parents in character_skill_node_set_tables so that its possible to open up the red skills.

What do you mean the "red army skill lines"? Do you mean removing the line entirely? Well...

Skill assignments are in "character_skill_nodes_tables" in the data_ database. This tells the game which skills(character skill key) are assigned to which character (character skill node set key). Army Skills (the red line) are on indent 4. If you deleted the value for (character skill node set key) for all skills on indent 4 no character would have any skills assigned to indent 4.
