aileen, you can keep searching the various zones. They are hidden all over the Cradle Facility. Another option is to drag the Prototype Breacher crossbow onto the lockdowns to remove them.

Where can I find more Emergency Lockdown Card keys? I have already unlocked the Repeatable Combat Area. But many places require these keys for unlocking.

Gravitus, this is a bit too late for your current save, but I've added a mod that should help with this. Difficulty Indicators adds tooltip icons to my modded locations so that when you mouse over them on the map you can gauge their difficulty on a scale from 1-5.

Thank you for the feedback, Gravitus! One problem that my mods have introduced is that with all the new sources of EXP, it’s harder to know what power level players will be when they reach a location. I try to sort my mods by difficulty on my collection page, but I can’t imagine a lot of players actually look back at the collection page to check while they play. Some of my more recent mods feature triggers that trim down encounters based on the combat fame of the player, but I haven’t gone back to my older mods to implement this. I’ve made so many zones that it would be quite an undertaking. I’ve got some other ideas though, like difficulty symbols on the world map. I’ll think it over.

I really like your mods Prominence, but I have to say that this one is so ridiculously difficult, at least for me. I got stuck on the first fight and had to turn the difficulty down because I literally couldn't escape without fighting them. If I accidently came here early I'm not sure I could win the fight even on Breezy and could get locked there. Assuming that fight was just a little over tuned, I continued and the next fight showed me that that was just the difficulty of the location. Maybe I'm just bad at the game (probably), but I'm surprised no one else has mentioned that this feels twice as hard as anything else in the game. My party is mid to late game, so I don't think that was the issue.

The inconsistency with Reaper's Hush and Sleight of Hand is likely due to effects happening too quickly for the game to independently register, react to, and fire each one. That's just a theory on my part. Even though I don't fully understand the root cause, I can ameliorate the issue. I'll make some changes to Sleight of Hand to account for eventualities like this. Expect an update for Bloodstone posted soon.

Just recently completed this item and I absolutely love the ambiance, storytelling, and tension from room to room.

The phrasing of your lighting (or lack thereof!) in many places, enemy squad size and use of morale effects really sold the intensity and desperation of the researcher's plight, along with giving my Warden a reason to dust off Bulwark. The repeatable combat is a refreshing change with new enemies and a lack of legible journal entries, making working through their abilities a more attentive process than usual. Truly outstanding work!

As always, I have a question. Reaper's Hush does not appear to trigger Sleight of Hand from Desperado. Is there some way to make this interaction work, or is it intentionally not a combo for balance or other reasons? Thank you so much!

Each weekly battle zone has at least a 1 in 3 chance to spawn an ironice key, and the zone afterward has another 1 in 3 chance. So it's not exactly normal, but it's not outside the realm of possibility.

All right. There's a new portion to the formula that should add a 1 HP buffer, regardless of rounding errors.

Thank you for your continued testing. I think it’s a rounding issue. I‘ll look into this further. I think it might be best if I made it so that it doesn’t take effect if you’re under 50% max HP.

Still having the same issue, even with different characters and at different max life totals. The same Blade doing Shockwave at 41 max health will lose 14 per proc, then at 13 health will be hit with another 14 damage proc.

Hmm. Maybe it's a math issue then, like with rounding. I've tweaked the formula requirement for it a tiny, tiny bit. It seems to be working on my end. I'll post the update shortly. If it's still killing your Shadow after you update, please let me know.

I am using the Blade's Shockwave with exactly 45 health. At 15 health, or after the second proc of Reapers' Rush, Reaper's Rush will deal exactly 15 damage to me and kill me. If I an under 15 health, it will function properly and not kill me.

Hmm. I can't get it to consistently kill my characters. I think that delays on certain actions can have weird effects on whether it fires or not. Might I ask what ability/weapon/action you were using when it killed you? The Unmaker's Drain ability was one way I could get it to kill my character, but weapon attacks seem safe.

Ok, Tan90Roller. Here's what I think you should do. Go into the console (shift ~). Type "go z_bet_shop" (without the "") and then press enter. That will teleport you to the Sketchy Campsite. You should be able to leave normally once you've bought the key. If not, use "go z_bet_entrance" to just teleport your party back to the entrance of the Cradle Outpost.

I would recommend adding the missing key with build mode. Or using the console to teleport your party to the sketchy campsite. I’ll provide detailed instructions on how to do that teleport trick once I’m at my computer and can look up the name of the zone.

There was an issue where I placed that sketchy campsite location. It was conflicting with another location from a separate mod. The shelter, I think? So you might have to check that mod. I have since moved the campsite, but if you loaded in before I made that change, it won’t take effect for that save. Town Nowhere isn’t from this mod, to clarify.

At least one screenshot is from the essence labs. There are some changing zones, but only once you turn on the power.

Also, looking at the pictures in the Description, I don't recognize some of those locations. Does it change weekly? I'm pretty sure I cleared the place except for the Essence Labs where I'm still missing the key .

Greetings everyone! I fully enjoyed this mod man, phew. I did read the comments about missing a key, and if you couldn't find it in the dungeon, pay a visit to a particular campsite. Well, before coming here, I ran across an island with two locations, Town Nowhere and Sketchy Campsite . Are these supposed to be separate as they zone you into the same place? Anyways, I cleared the place out except for one person, Askerok I think his name is, who I can only ask questions to. That guy doesn't really wanna talk to me, is it because I lockpicked his door, lol? Hell, I lockpicked all the doors .

I feel like maybe I should've came to the forums first as I don't see this NPC wanting to trade with me . All the NPCs I ran across attacked me, or was it a situation where I might've attacked first inadvertently?

Thank you, Cairnos! That greatsword in the bonus chest is basically designed for weird builds that would use the Brawler passive that gives an extra unarmed attack with your normal attack.

Maybe the best mod you've done so far.
Exploring this facility up and down with hard fights and hidden key to find.
Kinda wish the PNJ you give the essence back was a companion.
The creepy great sword in the lower basement is beautifull (even though it deal less damage than other GS? only tried with a fang GS)
I'm not sure about the Great sword bonus stat (in the ironice chest), what's the point?

Hope you'll continue filling this great game with quality mods !

I've updated the mod to fix that, but it won't take effect for people who have already found that zone. I included some steps to address that in the change notes.

As for the ship item, it just gives +1 movement speed. The game displays that as two separate icons, but it's functionally the same. So it does work on the overworld (depending on fleet composition). And it works in combat. It doesn't provide units aboard the ship any movement bonus or anything like that, despite the boot icon showing up with it.

Oh yeah, I totally forgot about that. That chest was totally empty for me too.

Also, the chest with the speed boost for ships, I actually tried to see if there were any 3 speed ships I could "level up" so that it would not slow down my 4 speed fleet, but every single 3 speed ship also has terrible downwind and upwind movement, so the artifact didn't really do much for me. I'm also not sure how the extra movement works, I assume it only works when boarding or being boarded.

If you're feeling impatient, you can cheese the key drops by reloading the autosave right after the fight and walking into the reward area again until a key spawns.

By the way Prominence, I'm not sure if this was addressed and fixed already, but something may have bugged out for one of the ironice key chests (the one matching the glyph of a group of elemental symbols), as it was just empty inside for me. I'm pretty sure I know which item I was supposed to find, though. And speaking of, does it always give you debuffs on a ruin day, or was I just super unlucky getting a debuff three battles in a row? I thought it would be a perfect match for a paragon setup, but it ended up only crippling her for that dungeon.

It's a little complicated, as the answer depends on which zone you load into. At the lowest, you have two chances at the ironice key, which has a 33% chance of dropping. There are two ironice keys hidden in other areas in the mod as well.

Check the Gate Labs. There should be a palette with some broken machinery on it just above the anomaly room from the mod's logo. Underneath that broken machinery should be a key. You can also try the offices where you unlock the Shadow. The key can spawn in multiple locations. If you still can't find it, you can trade for it at the sketchy campsite north of Crubtown.
