Report a translation problem
Firstly the enemy spam or broken waves. I don't know if this is a bug or supossed to be like this, but some enemy waves are straight up impossible to not get hit. Reasons being the among of enemies or that (if this is a bug) 2 waves can or mostly get triggered at the same time (If that is what is happening, I think...).
Secondly waves despawning enemies or bosses. For some reason both in the Boss and normal challenge room it is possible that a wave of enemies or a boss depending on the type of challenge room spawns, but after like 1 or 2 ingame seconds, the wave of enemies or the boss just straight up disappears and the next wave spawn in
And lastly the most unfair feature of the mod: Tainted enemies in Normal challenge rooms, encounterable on ANY Floor and Chapter. I am talking about the enemies that you encounter durring the Accent.
This would also make the item prize balanced.
Maybe for the normal challenge room also give a holy mantle effect.
The Boss Challenge Room door only counts Red Hearts in determining whether Isaac is allowed to enter. Soul Hearts are ignored

"If a Secret Room is next to a Challenge Room, it can be entered by using a bomb in the Secret Room on the wall separating the two rooms. However, the entrance to the Secret Room from the Challenge Room closes itself, meaning Isaac cannot escape through the Secret Room entrance.
If Greed or Super Greed spawn in the secret room however, the wall leading to the challenge room will be barred up and cannot be bombed open. The metal bars do not disappear after they are defeated or if the player leaves the room, meaning they can only enter the challenge room the traditional way.
If Isaac bombs into either variation of Challenge Room through a Secret Room and leaves, the bombed entrance will close and must be bombed open again."
In my most recent run, a spot that would normally allow me to bomb into there from a secret room was blocked by metal bars.
I don't see anything about this in the description.
Compatibility with Improved & Reworked Foes.
If you have that mod, some of the waves are changed to be more balanced.
Will keep update if necessary.

But it surely just conflicts with some mods I'm using so no worries! Keep up the good work! :)
I'm using other mods, yeah but the the mod worked for me before the Mod Config Menu update.
