It is highly recommended, Para Bellum includes other scripts apart from the Population. You could try to place the Population part above this submod in the Mod Manager, to run only the Population scripts, but take into account the issues associated to scripts as I tried to explain in the description.

Hello, is this mandatory or we can play without it ? Because population work in multiplayer
