It'd be nice to have the actual effects listed in the description. With how unbalanced civic mods can be, I'd definitely like to read the specific details of what I'm getting into before downloading, instead of broad-stroke fluff.

Just worth pointing out, I'm not sure if it's somehow an incompatibility with inactive mods, but this mod is causing the game to crash on load. It reaches 100% loading and then crash. At least, as of 3.5 right now.

I really like your mod and what it does, but I was testing this and it makes all "Subjugation War Terms" Dissapear, probably because of something (or outdated) 00_policies edit. After deactivating the mod all the options appear again.

Are you taking suggestions for civics? If so, I'd like to add in my own idea for a civic:


International Union. Essentially the government of the empire isn't a singular centralized state, but rather an alliance of many nations that pursue their own interests and rivalries. I believe you should make your own spin on this idea, but I suppose there should be some sort of penalty regarding government ethics attraction and unity/influence gain, but at the benefit of a smaller empire capacity impact and maybe ship cost or upkeep, because the different nations have to contribute to the international fleet and projects. But those are just my ideas, so feel free to modify them!
