Works perfectly fine together.
DAPBFL will use these mods spawn weight values when deciding what to add in as extra units

@Silverleaf1 A quick check and purge units are severely overweighted, even by mod standards. At force level 7 you have 290 weight of leaders which won't be letting other modded enemies spawn. Unfortunately, I don't intend to expand the enemies included in this mod for the time being. In the future it's something I want to do, but right now I've got a lot going on and don't have the time for a lot of mod work and testing.

@Village Idiot Supports included for both standalone and combined Pathfinders. Same is true for the Alien Elite pack enemies.

+1, would love to see support especially for claus' enemy packs: advent mec; custodians; assault troopers. Also not sure if non-standalone pathfinders are supported? would be neat.

Other than that, would be cool to get support for restored ethereals & praetorians: standalone.

Would get the vast majority of popular packs covered :)

Oh, and btw thanks for the compatibility patches in the first place!

@Rather Incoherent I have noticed that Advent Purge Units seem to appear on every mission. Do you have any plans to add more Advent units to this mod? I am using 21 enemy mods and many of them are not showing up all, the inspiration for this mod.

@Gh0stMak3r It shouldn't be happening from my mod, but I mean it shouldn't be happening with any mod. I haven't touched anything involving factions, and I haven't touched the Lost's supported followers lists, so I don't see any way my mod could be causing this.

I am having advent appearing as part of the Lost faction. They are replacing the Lost . Could that be occurring because of this mod?

Oof. That's a mess. It's good to see what I need to do to fix the issue, but that's going to be a lot of work. I'm very surprised to hear that you need the spaces between entries to stay the same for - entries to work, but yeah. That's 100% the case. I encountered a similar bug with my skirmisher rework a while ago, and didn't realize what it meant for this.

That might be it then. When I was comparing some entries back when this mod first came out I think I noticed spaces when tabs were etc.
Might be a case of copying the entries from AML, seen some people complain that it changes tabulations to spaces.

might be down to the - entries not being exact to the original, or something already removing them and adjusting them

for a -config entry even the whitespace space/tabs need to be the same!!

Okay, so I found evidence for encounter lists not being applied. Behold, the starting Retaliation, FL 2:

[4844.53] DiverseAliensByFL: AdvTrooperSniperM1 with weight: 0.5000
[4844.53] DiverseAliensByFL: AdvTrooperM1 with weight: 6.0000
[4844.53] DiverseAliensByFL: AdventPathfinder with weight: 15.0000

As you can see AdventPathfinder is being considered (despite your changes moving him to FL4) and with weight 15 (instead of 3).
Can't tell you why, maybe it's load order in XCOM being flaky (trying to put the edits in a mod with ID starting with "zzz" might work, but I wouldn't count on it), but in the end this is the reason why you're getting ABA chryssalids on Bughunt missions despite removing them.

@Silverleaf1 Yeah, it'll be fine. Whichever mod I list, standalone or combined, if you use the other it'll work fine but give you a missing prereq message.

@Rather Incoherent Just for your information. When the game starts a warning comes up about the two Pathfinder mods not being installed. Despite that the game loaded just fine and I have had missions with Pathfinders that have run without a problem at all.

The difference running your series of compatibility patches is rather astonishing, the game got a lot less tedious and more interesting. Thanks for making these.

There seems to be an error with 'AvengerDefenseRNFLeaders' removal - you're removing list without Honor Guard already even though the list in the General Revamp mod has them.

Sounds good as someone who has personally spent hours and hours in the past manually editing spawn weight of many enemy mods so they'd be balanced with each other I commend you for making these mods 👍

@Stratejik Skum In a couple months I'll likely expand these to include several more enemy mods and I'll be sure to include Assaults. For now though, I've been looking at encounter lists far more than actually playing the game this past month and I need to get those ratios in line.

nice while the alien elite pack isn't a problem, is nice to know about the pathfinder might has a few more connection tied to it. You might need to update the description so you don't have to constantly have to answer this question
