When I was playing solo, that was the case at first and I had to rearrange my mod order. After I did that, there were no issues and everything was perfect. A day later, I rented a server and applied all of the same settings and mods. Now, no matter what order I place the mods in, it's like this one isn't even loaded.
@7Synns - I'll have to do some digging into the journey bows you are referencing. The damage on those bows according to the dev kit data tables is 9 and 11, not 20 and 42 so not sure what those values are representing.
DLC pack bows cannot be modified, so none of those would load the new arrows.
@7Synns - I will take a look and see if the devkit will allow me to altar the journey bows. Like with DLC's it might not allow modders to mod those items but I will try when I look at Tanner's issue as well.
All the bows were restored to game default. I'm hoping this will restore their Agility damage call out. Then I re-modded their ammunition and damage ratings but touched nothing else.
Also fixed the issue with the Improved Hunting Bow making the Exceptional Hyrkanian. It was an Item ID overlap that was unintended as a carryover from the original mod.
1. Hunting Bow + Flawless/Exceptional versions
2. Light Hyrkanian Bow + Flawless/Exceptional versions
3. Hyrkanian Bow + Flawless/Exceptional versions
4. Dragonbone Bow
5. Star Metal Bow + Flawless/Exceptional version
6. Hardened Steel Bow + Flawless/Exceptional
7. Bessie's Bow
8. Ancient Bow
9. Frostshot
10. Eye of the Khan
11. Splinter
12. The Huntress
Bow progression also feels strange as the Improved Hunting Bow actually creates an Exceptional Hyrkanian bow which does not get replaced until the Dragonbone bow. Quite a long time to play without having an upgrade.
I wonder if my new ItemID's still conflict with something AOC adds to the game then. AOC adds a LOT of stuff, so I wouldn't be surprised, but without knowing more information about what item ID's they use it'll be tough to track down besides trial and error.
I misunderstood your issue after the initial correction of the ItemID issue as I've never loaded arrows by dragging them onto the bow before. I'll do some more testing today.
FYI; I'm only use 2 mods testing your mod, Pippi and AOC.
