updated for 5.1, No change. "Dave" (the official modding tool) is working weirdly for me right now so i had to rely on external tools only (i normaly check if datas are coherent by using both the official and an external tool). Please report any problem you may encounter (caused by this mod).

updated. MAJOR changes in public order Ai values for public orders penalties and both Ai and player values for occupation penalties. A "grim dark "version will definitely be made (as a separate mod) with even more emphasized penalties.

Update will have to wait at least until friday for me to have a look at it (so expect an update tommorow at the soonest or more likely during the week-end) A major update and rework (+different versions (grim dark)) of all my mods is scheduled for the 8th of May.

it won't work right now but i have asked the autor of the climate adpatation mod a while ago and i migt try to do a version mixing both mods.

Ok np. Speaking of the climate mod, would that be compatible with the "climate adaptation" one? Because that would be really tight. Having climate be overall more relevant to the game whilst giving the ability to overcome those harsh penalties through adaptation sounds cool.

it's difficult to say since my climate mod (that i play in combination with this one) also has an impact on public order. the idea is that if you ave no army present or bonus form events/rites, etc you need at least one public order building in your province.

Always a fan of minor tweaks that have an outsized impact on gameplay to actually make you take into consider factors that you otherwise ignore. Pretty neat, I'll definitely give it a shot.

How much more frequent do rebellions occur from your experience with this?
