At the very least, remove the sentence in the mod description that says it works well with Death Rattle, because it currently does not.
like, if I have a pawn with too advanced of an illness, like flu or infection, could I use this to keep them alive while they recover?
Pushed an update yesterday. Let me know if it fixes some of the problems you are having.
Obviously, with a major release, things are going to break. If someone else fixes all the problems before me, great, otherwise, I'll continue to work on it and get things fixed as soon a possible. If people down vote me because of that, oh well lol.
I'm honestly finding the same thing as I'm playing through this mod. I'm looking into it. Thank you for reporting.
A sausophage in life support will start the deathresting countdown to wake, which is fine I guess? Although, I think life support shouldn't be able to do that.
Anyway, when the deathrest ends and the sausophage wakes up, they get out of the bed, but since their health issue wasn't fixed (lack of heart in my case) they get knocked out immediately and slowly die again if no colonist rescue them. They should remain in bed.
I'm using this version of Death Rattle: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2896207870
