Yes.
This issue is not caused by this mod.
If you have the patch for this mod and Dodo's Small Arms, it was caused by that mod and has now been fixed. If you don't have that patch mod, the issue is caused by some other mod overriding the nuclear option talent.

How fix this?
Baroverhaul's Mass Driver uses the same tags on its ammo boxes as the Gauss Cannon from this mod, being 'gausscannonammo'. One of the mods should change the tags to prevent these guns from sharing ammo.
Given the name of the gun matches the ammo tag name closer in my mod, I won't be changing the tags in this scenario.
I'll get around to it eventually but probably only after I update this mod because I'm not sure if I want to change any talents in the next update.
Assuming "don't push it" is the only affected talent I would recommend moving Baroverhaul higher in the load order as the only thing you'll lose out from my mod is the MLRS shell rack, which is not a huge loss.

The PAC is indeed a bit buggy. The piercing effect seems to sometimes do nothing, other times nearly one-shot abyssal creatures. As far as I'm aware there isn't anything I can do about it unfortunately.
Nuclear Depth Charge (Cheap) version is locked.
deactivated this mod make it craftable again, I tried having only this mod activated and it still have same outcome.
Cause till this last update I did felt like the PAC was as iconic as the Vortex Cannon from another mod.
These are two different turrets with two different roles. Plasma cannon excels at swarms of small creatures and the occasional medium creature; PAC specializes in killing larger targets instead.
Target-reticle related stuff is not edited by this mod. This leaves 3 options:
- You're imagining things or not accounting for bullet drop,
- Vanilla guns also don't line up with the reticle,
- The guns on the sub you are using were placed in a very, -very- old version of the mod that had different gun sizes.
