Report a translation problem
1: The devil key isn't classified as a story item, so it can be effected by Glitched Crown, Sacrificial Altar, Reverse Star, etc.
2: Krampus can practically fucking obliterate your entire run just by existing. I suggest disabling Krampus' ambush if the player already has a Devil Key in their inventory.
That's all the complaints I have, i hope it's not a bother to implement these changes.

Not sure if this *only* happens with tainted forgotten + bone heart or not.
Also changing the key deals to free didn't fix, the key was just sort of blended into the ground
