in case it gets too laggy, modify soft: 135, med: 100 and hard: 15 damage to both mods and threshold of MBCS to 7-12 and the threshold of IBSIT to 7-10. (lower IBSIT threshold causes more voxel destruction, therefore there wont be as much lag as the voxels break more often, cleaning themselves up).

For example, an explosion will affect an object such as a med/hard material tower by causing more breakage, therefore triggering the collapse from one blow, while IBSIT treats any collapsing object as a projectile about to break upon impact, these mods use some very confusing mechanics that are hard to explain, just load lee chemicals with the recommended settings and shoot a rocket in the tallest tower then another one of those white wires tower at its base and observe both collapses by turing on and off each of the two mods from the menu.

found the perfect settings for this. (you must have both mods activated, IBSIT and MBCS)

IBSIT:
soft, med, hard damage: 125
threshold: 13

MBCS:
soft: 150
med: 150
hard: 125 damage
threshold: 4


from what i have tested, IBSIT affects the projectile object upon impact, whereas MCBS affects the impact caused by the object projectile.

Keep getting an error from the mod's main.lua spammed over and over: "49: attempt to compare number with nil"
Game isn't crashing, but the error spam is taking up a good quarter of my screen

My game is freezing and crashing when any explosion happens or the whole map disintegrates. I've narrowed it down to this mod as well

I'm having the same issue as the dude a few replies below me, shooting one rocket causes a lot of stuff to break and crashes the game

I have tested every collateral damage mod i could find comparing them, tweaking them, and even them combining them. By far this is THE BEST one, with the settings I've found for it, it delivers satisfying and logical collapses to buildings, without being 'over the top'. thank you for creating this mod i look forward to any of your future projects.

a wooden house from the default medieval map was standing on 1 single wood pixel, isn't that was this mod was supposed to fix

Been having some problems lately with this one. A small explosion can destroy half the map and crash the game, plus voxels randomly going away. I isolated the issue to this mod

yo this is nice i love destroying stuff with this it gives nice destruction in the game so my house being held up by 1 voxel fall

If any of y'all are confused by what the mod does, go into the mod options and set the mass threshold down to 3 or so, load up lee chemicals, and use the rocket launcher. Press f8 between shots to directly see the difference between this mod and vanilla.

I honestly can't tell if this mod works or not. A lot of large structures are held up by 1-voxel-thick pillars.
