Honestly, I love this design and it feels quite proper in its functionality. Sure beats using the same constructor ship over and over again.

Sick design!!!

Atmo version had the wrong file in the blue print, the correct one has been uploaded, same link.

The changes made on this guy work flawlessly. Well done! I had to favorite this build. We got hit buy 4 large grid Reavers last night and this Mech ate them up after the guns disabled them. The guys all like your build on our server.

Awesome, thanks. I'm also looking forward to seeing the mining and tug versions. Keep up the great work!

i dont play with projectors much, but i do know the models can be moved in the projectors settings in the control panel. you have to adjust the Horizonal, yaw, pitch etc

i have no issue with you using my repairers with your stations. ship away.

On another note, i have got an Atmo version being uploaded right now, ill post the link here when its done being set up in workshop.

Who cares if it doesn't walk, hot damn that's a good looking ship that'll be right at home in any orbital shipyard. Seriously, I might have to include a couple of these with the shipyard station I'm putting together, any issues if I ship it with my station once it's finished? (obviously giving credit where credit is due)

It's looks very cool, this repairer in MechWarrior disguise!

A little question - how to use embedded projector for build, for example, a small ship? I tried, and its projection very limited in range, I forced to build almost inside of the mech, and failed soon. Sorry, I'm new in this game, and not experienced with projectors yet.

Well good job on it very impressive.
SHOTFORCE  [author] 23 Sep, 2023 @ 3:14pm
yes we are aware, the guy wanted to tell everyone that its not a mech instead of just moving on.
i apologize to all of you and thank you for the positive feed back. more to come soon.

Ew, my little pony.

ANYWAY cool mech, can't wait to try it out!

You guys know this is a build's comment section and not reddit right?

Deleted my comments cause of actual facts that is hilarious.

Feel free to let me know if you need a hand getting it to walk or arms to move

Model has been updated with efficiency updates. Sept 22nd.

I enjoy these types of "mechs"/exo-suits
SHOTFORCE  [author] 22 Sep, 2023 @ 12:56pm
the problem with batteries is they weigh alot for their mass. stacking a ton of batteries would require more thrust to over come the extra mass at 1000 Kg each. ill figure it out.
Rumsar 22 Sep, 2023 @ 12:27pm
Having the 'legs' extended would be an interesting way to make more room too. could make the legs thicker for more thrusers/batteries.
Rumsar 22 Sep, 2023 @ 12:13pm
Gravity is the biggest issue of course. Slipping small batteries all over the place and maybe covering them with armor might work. This isn't really a battle mech so keeping thing lightly armored can still keep the feel or even give more details if left open.

Rumsar

already in the works, its not going to look exactly the same as this one but im very well on the way to making atmo version a reality. power draw is the same issue im having on my end at the moment but im trying different things.
Rumsar 22 Sep, 2023 @ 7:14am
Ugh the power draw for atmo would be crazy high. Not sure 2 large batteries would cover it. Not to mention the thrust needed to thwart gravity. Maybe a swap to hydro? Less mass, Higher thrust... how to pipe it without killing the look tho...

maybe a hybrid? hydro for up for vert and some support. New 'flatmo' thrusters for maneuverability. that could work. Drop battery usage. Hydro tanks can go into the 'legs' Two tanks might not be enough for longer flight times. can't swap out batteries for more tank due to flatmo thrusters. Flatmo can be slapped on anywhere can might add to the theme of the mech. Also full 360 thrust is not needed. drop ion areas for hydro tanks. Could work. hmmmmm

sorry for channeling my Prof Mordin Solus here lol
Rumsar 22 Sep, 2023 @ 6:51am
I love this idea! Downloaded! Now tearing it apart to see how I can mod it for atmo.
Colonel Gant 22 Sep, 2023 @ 4:15am
I like!

Right on
SHOTFORCE  [author] 21 Sep, 2023 @ 9:30am
CRD has been updated and fixed.
SHOTFORCE  [author] 21 Sep, 2023 @ 9:01am
Good news is i have did a bit of redesign and got the large conveyor system working as intended, ill be uploading the patch here shortly. Thank for the heads up Killguard32
killguard32 21 Sep, 2023 @ 5:28am
Hey bro looks good, but the welder and grinder needs the piping reworked.. Some components can not pass threw the small conveyor system. So I slapped some drills on this design instead of the welder and grinder.
SHOTFORCE  [author] 19 Sep, 2023 @ 5:47am
im going to be adding some polish to it and offering different styles of this line in the future.
Alvaren 18 Sep, 2023 @ 11:21pm
Hell yea, I love the whole design of this, I too got tired of all the same'y repair ships, such a breath of fresh air to see someone doing the same
