[COOP/PVP 12] Ravage: Money Hunters - Cytech, An "Extraction" Zombie Scenario

The thing is the spawning system for Cytech would just lump everything together as they spawn so you'd have groups fighting each other super close. You the player would then walk upon along of bodies and very few things to shoot. Ravage uses it's own spawners so it just works...for better or for worse.

thanks!.. will try later. I really want to like ravage.. but we have so many perf issues with dedicated servers that it kinda makes it hard to like hah. Not sure if this extraction style relies on something that ravage supplies.. but could it be done with WBK zombie and demons pack instead?

how do i make a server and invite friends? i click host in the server browser, selected internet and hosted it but my friends cant find the server and i dont see how to invite

It also could just be a webknights script thing with his melee system however that works.

I'd assume "player allowdamage false" in the console while hosting should work? IDR if the console is enabled for hosts or not. I use SSPCM but it could be an admin thing for actual MP. I know spawned in vehicles don't show up for others in MP and don't work with garage scripts server side.

Turns out the flares aren't reliable to mark exits so I replaced them with chem-lights

Appreciate the happy reception to my stuff, usually its pointing out a problem or a silent comment section.

Well currently I've been busy with Halo stuff I'm making for the unit I'm in though there is room for maybe making a workshop version. My current projects I have benched are a STALKER themed Chernarus Redux scenario and a -maybe- 25% done Tanoa scenario. (Funny enough I haven't released something on it yet.)

I put a lot of effort into the Cytech campaign I recently uploaded but the numbers on it compared to my first campaign make me want to leave ARMA 3 for good and pick up mapping for GMOD/HL2.

Also hope you can make more missions like "[SP] Ravage: A Hike Through Livonia". Really love playing that one with Spooks at night, Zeds and Bandits duking it out in the day.

Can you re-enable respawn? Playing solo with lifeline revive and going downed means I'm stuck incapacitated. Pretty fun mission though. :jake::steamthumbsup:

sweet liberty I'm looking forward to playing this, also I just want to shout out to Darkshifty for his research. I might have 3,600+ hours, but mother of christ, I do not know about actual modding/filing/systems..literally what the entire game is based on, I just game.

I've traced down more fps issues due to the SFX addon within the script, once I disable it I get a FPS boost of up to 50%, other minor impacts are due to inefficient loops within the SQF code when checking if the user is within a safe zone or not and disabling interactivity of a object.

I am currently modifying the mission to suit me and my friends needs, I will shoot you a message once I optimized the safezone. My advice is to also disable interactivity of the forklifts within the mission instead of within the initialization script(or is there a reason for that that I didn't spot?) and as for the SFX addon, maybe make it a optional mod as this really required some heavy lifting of the clients pc.

I hope this helps a little.

Is that as you respawn? I know Ravage would move you after respawning you for some reason. I'm gonna update today for a few small things and I'll be deleting the launching rock(s).

Is there anyway to get a collection made with all the optionals so it's easier to access them all? With how many mods there are out there, there is a high chance of downloading the wrong one
