Multiple Objectives: DHO can now spawn multiple objectives per play session, from 1 to 4, or randomize the number within the MP mission parameters. For SP, the number of missions is always randomized from 1-3
Enemy Faction Selection: The enemy factions are now selectable in two different ways: The first is a “theme” category that will select enemy units from the loaded mods that are relevant to the theme. The second way is by selecting the specific mods to load yourself with the bottom three drop downs (follow the listed instructions for it to work!).
Enemies No Longer Fight: Added functionality so they now consider themselves friends and no longer fight each other. HUGE shout out to Drongo and DevourerKing for helping me to get these units playing nicely!
To increase the number of enemies, try changing it to Nightmare mode in the parameters
We know it was 15 since we made it a point to make sure everything was hunted down lol.
Other than increasing the enemy spawn count, more objective spawns would be great! Thanks!
Thank you, the bug is fixed. Now all variations show up for singleplayer. Haven't even needed to unsubscribe-resubscribe. =)
In the comments section of another variation of this scenario a question about changing friendly AI equipment was brought up. Do I get it right that currently it works like this: Team Switch (default button"U") to another teammate > go to Arsenal > change gear > repeat until done then switch back to the commander?
Can confirm what @SASIOVERLXRD says - only those three missions (Stratis, Takistan, Bystrica) show up on "Singleplayer" menu. I've checked, and when I try to host a server and pick, for example, Chernarus, the mission shows up for Chernarus. I'd appreciate if they'd be all playable in singleplayer mode.
Other than that and aside from few minor bugs, these missions are great and I'm looking forward to what you'll do with the future development. =)

As for the number of enemies, I've found that it really depends on what mods you use because the spawning algorithm is weighted so harder enemies (Like the wizards in Empires of Old) use up more spawning 'slots' than just basic zombies and skeletons. I need to fine tune these numbers, so it would be really helpful to hear what mods you guys played with and how many enemies ended up spawning if you remember. Thanks again for trying it out!
