Unless Valve increases the soundcache limit it's just how it will be. You can always just use the Rollback version, it gets all the same updates, just without the unused voice lines so that it doesn't crash to the main menu.

I really wanna use the main version, but I'm sick and tired of being kicked back into the main menu, even after unsubbing to some talkers.

maybe instead of screams it could be the hurt critical sounds? With a bit of cooldown

It happens because after the Radio is used again it doesn't fire context that it was used again. I'll just add criteria that the Finale shouldn't be started to fix this. Thanks for reporting this

sometimes finale trigger nag would keep firing even after it's used. I haven't noticed it in any other campaign, but it seems to happen in CS_Office rooftop finale.

wtf this conflicts with unreachable item spawn fixes now lol. It's probably something that doesn't affect the game tho

It only happens during the ending, for a moment I thought it was just one time but then I finished the campaign 2 more times with some friends, and it happened again.

I know about this issue, it happens because Random Object Spawner for example, edit the nav and mark all areas with finale attribute. The crow line plays when near finale area

not sure if its some other talker mods i have but in blood harvest's finale the "SHUT UP YOU GODDAMN BIRDS" lines play when survivors get out of the saferoom rather than playing in the actual part where the crows make noise

The image speaks facts what you should do to avoid this if it happens again is go to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2

and make a copy or backup of addonlist.txt. The worst mistake becomes a minor inconvenience.
