Additionally I am waiting for the 4.0 be stabilized, some strings have been updated between patches which causes incompatible issues with things.

Next update should have the last two jobs added within Machine Age.
Working on a French Translation of the mod.
The values themselves are baseline information before modifiers are accounted for, in the base game you see the total cost of all jobs and their production after modifiers are added. You do not see the individual cost and production. This also includes the reductions. I have been looking into and experimenting with trying to get the independent modifier cost included in the tooltip.
Anyway, for nearly vanilla players, it should be fine, I guess.
