Honestly, not the biggest fan of stealth/lone-wolf type scenarios. The AI are able to spot you from a distance in the pitch black and that ruins it for me. I can tell you spent hours making this, the quality is obvious, just not my kind of scenario.

@R. Gonzales - The mission you played was not properly updated since the spearhead update of 2014 - I litterally did the updated today for it. The fog has been removed early on and some scripts have been tidied up. I'm sorry you had to play it in such an unfinished state.

Haven't got so immersed in a mission like this in a long time!

Two things only:

1) That fog all around is VERY performance costly... You should consider reduce it a bit

2) After meeting Winters and heading to the "Observation Point", once there, nothing happened, no new tasks were added. So I jumped into Zeus and realized all soldier around, including Germans, were still with "Simulation" and "Show Model" off.... I aproached a 3 man US team that was close, enabled those settings, and then their started moving to assault "Point Boston ". Only that way the next events were triggered, OPFOR started to attack and I could finish the mission

@onestar its coming its coming! I've taken a small break from it because voice lining is bottle necking at production. AI will come to the rescue. I want to finish and push it. Its quite a piece of work!

@onestar I should really add a "kill self" trigger if the player doesn't land in the designated DZ lol. Simple! ;-)

Oh yeah, no problem about that, it was probably a glitch or I really missed the smaller "waypoint" markers. I'll probably replay the mission sometime, will see how it goes.

@onestar There should be a series of single waypoint taks firing one after the other hand holding you all the way unless of course the C-47 dropped you far out of the trigger zones. It rarely occurs ... But well Arma.

Hi - I have added marked tasks to avoid players getting lost here and in mission 2. The mod list has officially been reduced (losing Spe + Wehrmacht & SS, US gear, US general and Lambs Turret). Removing ace will require a major overhaul of the missions which frankly speaking is a major drag for now - I did just spend my entire weekend updating mission 1 & 2. I wouldn't mind playing myself a bit :-).

Ok..first of all, ace in a SP mission is not great, as you will notice, most SP scenarios avoid it at all costs...the mission itself is not bad, but the lack of "formal" tasks made me go to the assigned Point alone (cause I was acting like a good soldier and did not know there was a separate rally point before that), clear it out in the annoying pitch black darkness against LAMBS ai, then the mission was over, saying "we" a lot and "get back to Lt. Winters"...I have not met those people haha! So yeah, I will wait if you remove the enlarged mod list from the next missions cause I still keep hope those are more fluid and structured missions. Thanks, hope no bad feelings!

I get what you mean, ofc. Tempting to try this out but I've been burned before on heavy mod lists and pretty lack luster end results. Is there maybe a youtube playthrough somewhere?

If I wanted subs i'd do naked ladies or cats - That's what the internet is after :p ! I am currently working on an SOG only mission while waiting for the update. If there is any bugs do report them - everyone of them which has been brough to my attention has been fixed. Thanks for the compliment. @goblin - I think you fragged some friendlies mate ...

It's ok about the mods, but you require us to use LAMBS and death & hit reactions which serve no purpose for creating a scenario (all AI mods are susceptible to bugs/glitches). I'd still say if you wanted more subs on this great work, you'd need to reconsider those aspects.
