Is there a specific load order for Von's LCTU mods to ensure optimal functionality and a high success rate? I am exclusively speaking to the load order of Von's LCTU mods, not the overall load order including other mods used. @Von, If you don't mind sharing yours or anyone else that has a working load order for the LCTU mods, I think it would help not only myself but many others.

@Buck I have only very recently been experimenting with hero weapons so it not something i feel i fully understand yet i may do a weapon customization mod if it isn't too much of a hassle to do,
but as a side note duel range wepons will not be included in that for technical reasons.

I have fixed some minor bugs and rename Sentinel to Castellan the reason for the name change can be seen in this image link below.

Future rework plans

I am unhappy with the High Awoken unit and will at some point in the future rework it.

Barb Myrmidon overall happy whit this unit how ever i want to make some minor changes to throw shield abilty works.

I think the Magister needs to have the optional cavalry tag removed, the mounted version is all messed up graphically.

Hello! working on a tiny submod to make this compatible with Vectra's mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3348284772

It already mostly works, including the promotion submod and culture specific abilities, so the only change necessary was to make the Yeoman, Royal retinue and Herald recruitable in cities by the new subcultures.

However, i'd like yours and Vectra's permission first before publishing the submod :)

@HzT Yeah i forgot to change the description i also forgot to mention the fact i reworked it i plan on fixing it next time i fix something bigger also try to use bug discussion i it makes issues easier to keep track of.

I notice in the Tier IV Reaver-Commandant, it has Leadership clash trait that mentions noble knight

I assume the trait itself is intentional, but the description might not?

@Lunatic Cultist Yes it does but only the version on your computer needs it as it is likely out of date do the following.

1 Open your Game Library on Steam.
2 Right-click on your game.
3 Select Properties from the menu.
4 In the Properties menu, select 'Local Files' from the left-hand panel.
5 On the Local Files page, select 'Verify integrity of game files'
6 Steam will then verify your files. ...
7 Once Steam is finished, a box saying all files successfully validated.

Trying to find out which mod is causing it, but there are Young Dragons in the list of recruitable units. They are already present at Turn 1 and they are all greyed out and have max city tier as a requirement.

The mod have been updated for the new dlc this may be the biggest update for this and the main mod to date i have, Logged as many changes as possible in the Change Notes section.

If you own dlc you will need a sub-mod to activate the dlc units.

I recommend that people verify integrity of game files as steam workshop sometimes doesn't update properly.

so i did some testing and discovered that some units custodian being one of them dont work with modded transformations on a faction i created i was using the harpy transformation that wems form traits adds and that is what caused the custodians to not show their model correctly. probbaly should have guessed that would happen lol

@i am pro at total war This sound like one of 2 things 1. missing model in clb this can be fixed by verify integrity of files or using the early test release https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/3023411279/597391520517073962/ (note: this is not for the curent beta DO NOT use any unit mods with the ogre_beta trust me)

2. it was a neutral unit or owned by a faction that shouldn't have it because you don't own the dlc way of war in any that case use the the early test release i linked above or waited until April 1.

i am not sure why but custodian unit isnt showing up properly for me there whole upper body is invisible are there any races they dont work with such as ogrekin for example or something? i dont have many mods active the list is (2 hero skill points per level up,wems 12 form trait point,so many body and mind traits,wems form trait addon,rfd,wow updated late tier culture units,wow updated culture tome units and more,wow updated ltcu cultural extras,age of heroes sub class mod vectra edition. the mods are in that order im not good with load order so if its a load order thing or another issue please let me know if you are aware of what it is.

@KnightGabriel No it's because i apparently forgot to add the armor health base stats property group to the unit this will be fixed in next release now that i'm aware of it.

The dark culture t3 Executioner does not have defence mode shield wall even though he is a shield unit. Probably not intended?

@KnightGabriel Too much of a jump in tier it would cause huge balance problems as high would then be able to reliably and cheaply get tier 3 units when other cultures have 1 or 2 units.

It also adds a problem i like to call 2 buttons same unit an example of this is base game feudal peasants which evolved into a defender immediately upon being built if you stack rank modifiers (which is really easy to do by the way) this is why i added pikeman because having it evolve into a royal guard would have been weird an unbalanced.

I did consider having lightbinders evolve into awakener but for the reasons above that didn't happen.

And finally modifying base game units is extremely controversial i have had to argue my position on warlocks a few times but the amount on feudal knight that was a losing battle not worth fighting.

@KnightGabriel There's still one more culture dlc left if my predictions are correct it will include a Greco Roman Archon themed culture and bovine form, The reason i mention this is because shielded spear units are sort of a Greco Roman specialty and if there is a base game base for it i will just use that for Radiant Guard.

@KnightGabriel It's a balance thing giving Radiant Guard more spear traits makes it more powerful then many other tier 3 units it also adds a level of redundancy with the tier 2 spear unit, When i original made Radiant Guard i gave it anti large bonuse this was removed as it just made it to much of a spear unit which it is not i still wanted something to represent the fact it has a spear (later change to a glave to make sword animations look less awkward) so i gave it first strike as it would have the least effect on balance also it kinda make sense.

I admit phalanx defense stance isn't great and i have thought of making changes to it i kinda don't want to do the defensive stance charge resistance because ther already is a unit with that and i try not to repeat things if possible, What i might do is give units around it charge resistance instead of first strike still leaving the unit vulnerable to shock units.

@Von Schnitzel A minor suggestion: I personally think the high culture's radiant guard should get other polearm benefits than just first strike, mainly charge resistance, but only have them get it while in their defense mode. It mostly just feels like a "dawn defender+" rather than a true t3 unit, This is just my opinion tho.

@Nexious Companions damage were bugged so it applied the 6 low health damage bonus to every shot, I have removed that bonus as it was way too powerful, Unit already have 2 other things so it don't need it to be different any more.

I never play primal so i never noticed i have added slippery to the unit to prevent the bug you mentioned.

I'm not sure what the reason might be but it seems like the damage output of the Barbarian Companion guy is insane. When I tested this mod with my friend his regular repeating attack hit for 60+ damage each time sometimes above 100 when critting.
If the damage is going to be that high perhaps make his attack a one hit crossbow (like the houndmaster)?

Also the Primal Ancestral Courser has fleeting but not slippery causes some wierd interactions when running past guys to take oppertunity attacks (stopping and running in place) not sure if you can do anything about this tho if you want to have fleeting but not slippery.

I have made some changes to Magistrate so that it is more defense focused also replace weapon with a custom one so it won't look so bland.

@Theakrus Are you using the Outlaw culture mod because it's kinda required for it to show up, If you do verify integrity of game files you are likely running an older version of Outlaw mod.
