I test and build my vehicles around Vanilla values to ensure its balanced, i also do two mods, Aegis & CUP,
This is because i can say both of them that also add new vehicles build around similar core values based on vanilla, so yes, they should be well balanced!
My Patrons are also given early access generally for a few weeks to do balancing and bug testing too.
I'm Leary about mod vehicles that don't explicitly say that because some end up being OP AF compared to all other vehicles.

Loving the mod right up until the the last update; she can't make it over a knife edge anymore unless you hit it at speed :( you definitely don't want to be doing that unless you want to turn your tank into a 60+ tonne trebuchet. What was the before/after change to the engine power? Though I suspect it's not as simple as "enter horsepower here".
