The Captain's passive that generates Research on kill is hands down one of my favorite things ever. I also didn't realize that the blessings perma-grant those abilities to units, I thought they were just short buffs. Love the uniqueness of it, and now on my new playthough I have cultists ripping through enemies. Makes them much more viable as a throw-away force.

The buff works properly and your units have increased melee accuracy against Space Marines units.

And I wonder if veterans of the eternal war only provide the morale reduction buff and not the melee combat precision buff.

The World Eaters don't use requisitions because I started with Chaos Space Marines and turned them into the World Eaters, if the World Eaters actually use more SM models than CSM, that's just coincidence.
Quests are something I'm looking at. Personally I dislike them and turned them off within the first few hours of having the game.
I'm not sure yet what I want the quests to be. Some of the parts I'd need to change are more involved and annoying to change, other parts are less important to change, but much easier. Quests are still a process I'm looking at.

I haven't played around with the languages, but everything you'd need to translate is already there. Look at the base-games language files and you'll see what to do. Copy the english folder, name it whatever other language you want and change the values in each file to your language.

this one have a trouble with city radius upgrade does nothing (remains 1 tile from center)

Your mod will conflict with the Heretics Astartes mod. Rename the WorldEaters faction, for example, to WorldEatersMl, to avoid conflicts in the future.

Cultist Sacrifice not working was a oversight on my side. I was already ready to release a new version, but didn't get around to it. Fixed the sacrifice issue and uploaded the new version.

I noticed 2 things: 1. When you sacrifice Cultist the City gets no bonus.
2. I never use the sacrifices to boost my Citys the population is just to important, feels like it.

I'm glad you like my interpretations of the factions. The most important aspect to me is the theme. I'm glad the World Eaters feel like the crazy Berserkers they are supposed to be.

I don't know how I never noticed the scorpion not appearing in the fabricator. It should be fixed now. Might need to build a new city to see him, or start a new game.

The mechanics are interesting, thanks to their active and passive abilities, the world eaters really feel like crazy berserkers
, I don't know about the rest, but I like how the world eaters and the Death Guard turned out, I'm looking forward to the implementation of the rest of the chaos
, and today there was a small mistake-it's impossible to make a copper scorpion. After studying it, it just doesn't appear in the forge.

I uploaded a new version that fixed both issues among other things. I hope you enjoy the general gameplay of my interpretation of the World Eaters and feel as if this could be what the World Eaters would be like in Gladius.

Thanks for the feedback. I was thinking about waiting a couple days before uploading the version I'm currently working on. But a gamecrashing bug will change that.

I've found and fixed the issue and will upload a new version later today. I'll try to fix the overwatch issue as well by then, but it is of less importance.

Thank you so much for adding a new fraction, I was glad to try it out and wanted to report some minor bugs.:
1) "weapons of Khorne: Veil of Carnage" does not work, units even with this get on patrol
2) The ability of the demon Prince Khorne "Demonic assault" breaks the game
