Description
Followers of Khorne - The World Eaters

The World Eaters are a new faction for Gladius. They feel only at home once they swing their weapons at their enemies and spill blood in the name of Khorne.

World Eater units require influence for their upkeep, just like ork units. But also like orks, they gain influence through combat, encouraging never ending bloodshed.

The large amount of influence the World Eaters gather can be used to grant your units new abilities or permanent stat improvements. Furthermore many of the World Eaters abilities have reduced cooldowns, but require influence to be used. Want your strongest units to spam their abilities every round and never stop slaying your foes? Totally possible!

All World Eater heroes are excellent combatants that massively benefit from the factions unique mechanics. You can greatly strengthen them and use their abilities nearly every turn, turning them into the true centerpieces of your forces.

To play the World Eaters you require the Chaos Space Marines DLC.
Additionally the following DLCs add more units to the faction:
Assault Pack DLC
Escalation Pack DLC
Firepower Pack DLC
Demolition Pack DLC

I'm looking forward to your feedback. The World Eaters are an ongoing project and everything is up for change.

For this mod I only repurposed already existing models and assets, so some units might look slightly weird. I'm sorry if this breaks your immersion.

Special thanks to Doc for allowing me to make use of his Bloodletter Model.
Please check out his mods.

The Captain's passive that generates Research on kill is hands down one of my favorite things ever. I also didn't realize that the blessings perma-grant those abilities to units, I thought they were just short buffs. Love the uniqueness of it, and now on my new playthough I have cultists ripping through enemies. Makes them much more viable as a throw-away force.

You are right, my mistake.

The buff works properly and your units have increased melee accuracy against Space Marines units.

And I wonder if veterans of the eternal war only provide the morale reduction buff and not the melee combat precision buff.

The World Eaters don't use requisitions because I started with Chaos Space Marines and turned them into the World Eaters, if the World Eaters actually use more SM models than CSM, that's just coincidence.
Quests are something I'm looking at. Personally I dislike them and turned them off within the first few hours of having the game.
I'm not sure yet what I want the quests to be. Some of the parts I'd need to change are more involved and annoying to change, other parts are less important to change, but much easier. Quests are still a process I'm looking at.

double question, how come they dont use requition since almost all the units are space marines and is it possible to add a questine?

I haven't played around with the languages, but everything you'd need to translate is already there. Look at the base-games language files and you'll see what to do. Copy the english folder, name it whatever other language you want and change the values in each file to your language.

Hello. Could you create a file in the mod folder that could be used to translate this mod into other languages? Thank you in advance.
