So something.... interesting happened 11 turns into a Campaign with the new Crab Lord: My Short and Long Campaign Victories aborted? Basically, the Wulfrik confederated Throgg and I think that caused it? Never had a Campaign Victory Mission abort due to a faction dying/being confederated, so I didn't think this was intentional.

Sounds about right for Warhammer Fantasy, I know it isn't easy to squeeze Lore and information dumps into the game (landmarks, traits, equipment, building and unit descriptions) but I love what you've managed thus far.

Lore-wise they are more towards the Order side of things
They mostly want to be left alone and do their own thing
Just that most races have wronged them at one point or another in the past, so they don't get along with a lot of people.

In your opinion do the Old World Crabs fit more alongside the Order factions or are they Neutral like the Ogres and Tomb Kings? On the one hand much of what they do benefits the overall health and well-being of the World itself but on the other they are amicable with Slaanesh.

Loving the mod, loving the new changes! Small bug upgrading mangrove port into a ancient sanctuary, at tier 4 the settlement skin disappears. I am using OVN lost world but AFAIK it's not a special settlement. Also, I can only build the port, and I am unable to build the "sanctuary addons" as there is only two building slots and the "port" building can't be destroyed or changed. Possible to change port settlements to 3 building slots to accommodate this?

Other than that the Ancient Gathering Stones landmark has a typo, it's displayed in the building text as "Ancientl Gathering Stones".

Otherwise...fun fun! Keep up the amazing work.
I booted up this mod for the first time, it took forever to load and just before the loading bar was done, it made all of the RGB in my computer freak out and now it's broken.

Really been loving this and it is a terrific mod. 4 factions, each playing different, just great content.

My biggest complaint so far is lack of defense for settlements. I get you don't like sieges, but could we at least have improved garrisons? Bigger improvements per tier of Garrison buildings? Maybe chokepoint maps? Something.

1. check if you can run the game with no mods turned on (if you can't then you have a game issue, not a mod issue)
2. try running the game with ONLY this mod AND mixu's unlocker turned on

New player here..I want to try this mod out, but when I start the campaign, it takes a solid 5 minutes to load in, and immediately takes me to a defeat screen where it freezes and I have to alt-F4. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

hold up i never said it was too hard, more annoying then anything, i just hate playing cat and mouse....im currently eating Kiros with Kelpbeard as a one man army coral circuit and servent blessing makes him almost unkillable unless the enemy has tons of ranged...
now i just need a way to get perfect vigor and unbreakable

Allright, listen up you bunch.

I just completely reworked the difficulty option selection, so you now have an option between easy and challenging, if I ever see anyone again complaining Challenging is too hard, I will go insane.

No, I am not buffing Crab Levies any further, they cost 250g and perform at that pricepoint.

If a difficulty is too hard for you, either pick an easier one or git gut.

just a suggestion but maybe have kelp beard not start at war with 3 different factions surrounding him...
you try to defend your port from the one rat, and the other takes you other city..you try to defend that city...from the lizards and the other OTHER rat just takes your capital...you defend your capital and the first rat takes your port....
no allies surrounded by enemies and your army is garbage and can just BARELY beat one army of the enemy and you can not even remotely make a second army
and this could all be solved by simply only being at war with one...so i can have a few turns to finish one guy off and get ready for the next
I kid you not i just killed one rat army...only for the lizards to show up at the other city, and no im too damaged to defend it

this is truly a gift sent from Crod (Crab god), and just in time to! i've been wanting to play a faction of sea creatures! I just hope you remembered to give the crabs aquatic... right? please don't be like the sharkmen where they don't have aquatic, I mean their SHARKmen why don't they have aquatic, if if they don't it's really just a pet peeve as I don't think aquatic has ever come into play once in this game for me. still crab is Crod.

Yeah, I'd like to second that your starting units are pretty badly outclassed, and the option marked as Challenging seemed closer to unwinnable. Replenishment may be bugged, as the "encamp" stance didn't seem to improve it. (Aside from that, it just seemed really low compared to other factions, though I'm not sure if that's by design.)

I'd love if we could get a submod to make this compatible with Building Slots Extended.

Otherwise, I think it could use some gentle buffs for units (starting at the bottom).

this mod is great, but i feel that the starting units are outclassed almost every time. and for being crabs, they cant hold their grown for 30 seconds even with help. i also feel that old kelp beard has a horrid start, even on easy mode. i think this mod is one of the best ones ive seen in a while, but i feel i can only experience it is skirmish mode. if i can get any tips too that would be great!

@wasp, 6.2 broke quite a few mods, not to mention if you have old saves, they will not work now, but that has nothing to do with mods, just game version compatibility thing
