As such you need to eat even though your nourishment is full; resulting in a lot of overeating. (As mentioned by Dopamine.Terrorist below)
Then you need to restock all 4 types again, so you'll go through food faster and certain food types (vegetables and fruit) are a lot harder to find than meat in most of the map so you can actually run out and soft-lock yourself. (malnutrion + overencumbrance + bleed = spiral of death, bleed optional)
Lastly, alcohlic beverages not rehydrating makes me sad; but I understand you'd probably have to rework every existing item to add the functionality? Hence the addition of a new item: drinking water. Perhaps a cantine item or the ability to refill bottles would be possible?
Even with the described issues, I'm really enjoying the extra immersion! Thank you.
Various foods especially those created from the cooking mod should be able to fill up multiple nutrition areas too.

@geeks on hugs - you can get the inventory version on nexusmods where you can track the nutrition in the buffs section, this is the one I use normally, cause I like a nice clean in game view. pretty sure you can still see buffs in hardcore, but i haven’t checked that just yet.
@sigma - sounds like the mod isn’t loading properly for some reason - you can email me the kcd.log if you like and I’ll have a look to see why
