Haven't touched this game in quite a while, and I have since switched computers, so I don't have the files or the pack file editor right now. I don't plan on releasing a new update in the near future, but if I get the urge, I'll do it.
Aviliy-senior had given Frigia to Mitridat V Euerget for bribe and bribed court acusing him in this action.
Any thoughts on adjusting it so the values aren't so high? Just having 1 or 2 of the level 4 buildings across your empire drops the value significantly (more than almost all of the tech upgrades)
It seems like you could cut the values in half and then it balances out the power of the building. Having to spend 4 blocks across your empire to reduce corruption seems better balance wise compared to two.
Though this might be a good spot to list the things that could be tweaked without totally unbalancing it. Just off the top of my head...
public order/squalor (this mod does it well)
military purchases/upkeeps
building costs/bonuses
money in general
research time
experience
culture spread
feel free to add more, its just for discussion purposes. I've been threatening to get into TW modding for a long time but something always comes up. Maybe I should stop procrastinating ;)
@donaldclarke 1 You're welcome! Phalangitis really did all the important work. I practically just copy-pasted values to different buildings.
The effects now seem to work in my game now, as long as I DON'T have the original Roman Simulation mod activated. (Different from before, I think.)
I've tinkered with it a bit so it now seems to work with all culture groups, including DLC.
Also changed the garrison units to more appropriate/effective units. (Not that a single garrison unit is going to make a TON of a difference.) Will still take requests on them.
Please let me know if it doesn't work for you.
I've got all of the Radious mods... (That could certainly be it.)
All of Sebidee's unit packs... (That almost certainly ISN'T it...)
Better AI recruitment...
Attila map...
Roman Shieldwall...
And Dresden's Sack and Liberate.
Not gonna just cut and paste the list since that'd be about a mile long.
