Honestly, now that you've got a few things out in the wild, I'm just going to download anything with your name on it. Amazing, simply amazing, work! I think I can speak for the vast majority of the Cities: Skylines community in giving a heartfelt "THANK YOU!" You keep this game classy, professional, and beautiful.

This is something to get in late game, where you have so much money, you have no idea what to do with it.

Oakshios, that looks like an error kickback from the LOD baking system that the game uses. There shouldn't be an issue with this model, though. I've tested it, and no one has reported and sort of visual problems. Also, this mesh has no where near 65000 verts.
