This is what I'm getting in my asset manager, its just annoying when you have several custom assets and try to distinguish between them. As you can see there was a exception thrown when I've tried to un-subscribe but no luck.

Also, I dont know what you're currently seeing, but this asset is a growable asset and not a plopable asset. If it is growable, you should never be able to see it in the standard game interface (for instance, like plopping a park, you get the description for that). For this building, there is no description because it just grows in your city naturally. Even when I am in my own game, I do not see this asset as "test". http://i.imgur.com/bEXiXo3.jpg -- this is what I currently see from the workshop.

I've updated multiple buildings before and I am very familiar with the staging process, and overwriting the associated .crp's, then updating the workshop item through the game's proprietary folder system. I get all of that, I've tried to do that for this building, for you, so that you can get a proper icon for this building, and as I've stated before, I cannot get it to work for this building. For this building in particular, I've tried updating with the most recent PreviewImage.png which is what affects your icon in the asset manager. Maybe this is some sort of legacy issue, because its technically a mod from a while back. Perhaps its a bug, I really do not know. I'm sorry that this is a nuisance, but I can't afford to dump time in to figuring this one out.

You have to grab the asset, edit, now its pretty easy to set each custom thumbnail and preview them before saving... them make the changes to pictures, save them to the asset staging area when saving. Save the file locally and copy to a backup folder.
Them subscribe to your mod, in game it will appear both as assets, go for the update button, now copy the asset file from your backup to the workshop staging area. remove the title and description, or else it will completely wipe the cusotm description you've made here. You don't need to change the picture too.
Them if all is well progress with the update and everything should be fine.
Oh and please change the title from "test".

I just tried to update this and nothing seems to have changed, its minor anyway. Sorry for that, but the asset manager is kinda bugged out. I'm not sure why this is having an issue in particular.

I use .tga for my textures.

Consider, for a moment, that speculartiy textures are 0-100, with 100 being pure white and 0 being pure black. In the specularity map, anything from 0-96 will not absorb the ambient cube map (reflections). In your building example, it looks like the whole building is at about a 97 with no variations in the specularity map.

@michplay The shader is currently set up to use an ambient cubemap reflection... its just super generalized. In the future, when a new city builder comes out using physically-based shaders, real-time reflections will be a thing. In cities skylines, this is not actually possible :) thanks for the suggestion though!

Alright now I reeeeeeeeally did the update for the LOD fix. This time you can see there is a change note on this subscription... sorry for the confusion, but updating released content is kinda tricky.

Still having problems with LOD; After a certain distance the building turns blue. The 2 that spawned both had green variant bases.

Just updated the LOD, should be fine now (the bottom base still changes colors a little bit, depending on which color variation you are seeing).

I managed to have one growing ingame... yes there is a huge problem with the LOD, The building suddently turn a whole other color when you zoom out. I hope you can fix that because otherwise it looks very nice. :(

There may be a problem with the LOD texture turning the entire model to a certain color. If you're seeing this, please let me know.
