Such a good mod. Just wish that the AI attacked others more and built more soldiers. Usually, the player Civ is the dominant force driving events in the mod.

I like it, it's probably the best and one of the only Roman era scenarios out there. I just have one question rather than complaint: The AI for major civs is kind of brain dead. They don't really attack city states too often and haven't gone to war with each other my whole game. I thought it would be a good idea attacking city states to raise my "bad boy" or whatever it's called penalty, hoping a major would DOW me, but to no avail. Still, a very good scenario

idk if you're still working on this mod, but I have two suggestions:

1. when the game starts, everyone except the barbarians should be in contact with each other, and most of the map should be revealed to everyone except the barbarians (meaning the Iberians, Gauls, Dacians, Numidians, and Germans)

2. the Seleucids should replace the Persians as a playable faction, and another kingdom could be added in to replace the Persians (such as Epirus or the Scythians

My favorite MOD. I have a question. When playing as Rome how do I create a Roman Longswordsman? When playing as Carthage I battled against them however when playing as Rome I did not see the ability to create them even when adding the Legion Barracks wonder.
Any insight from anyone would be appreciated.

Also, some buildings seem useless. Like Fisheries and Infrastructures. The description doesn't show any bonuses at all, just maintenance.

Been playing this mod and having a lot of fun. Good work, fellas.
It would be great to see some more immersion, though. I'll take the liberty to add a few suggestions:
Having a tech tree - Researching new bonuses, units and buildings would be great.

Having some unique buildings, like a Supply Center; it could cure friendly units around it. Wouldn't it be great having a real frontier experience, with forts and supplies center around?

Civs should have a couple of unique buildings aswell. For instance, Rome should be able to build the temple of Jupiter Optimus Maximus, Carthage could have Baal's temple or something, Greece the Oracle of Apolo, etc. They could even have the same bonuses, as not to UB things.

yes i can play it but,
1. diplomacy i see not what i handle (not easy to handle without save and controll than)
2. if i built something there not show live, in the next round they show correkt
3. and so on to many small bugs that make this wonderful mod not really
with fun to play long run

it is the ONLY mod i have, with DLC and the brabe new world standart
but i dont understzand the file r34t5jhkl634h6l346h54l7jh4777 ??? in the description at last in the mode

Your mod is awesome! I really think you should continue developing it and expanding it for further immersion. Btw the icon (the unit picture) of the hastati and principes seems to be switched for Rome.

Great mod looks I love ethnic units and classical world is my favourite era!
I have just one question though about the victory conditions.
I cant see any unique challenges for each civ in any of the menues.Is it only through a domination or cultural victory?
Do certain civs have to control certain regions wo win the game?

MEGA update in progress.
better say, actually a completely revised version

might be as a new roman empire scenario.
with many new units, new resources, 2 new playable nations, new wonders, new improvements
THEN WITH RESEARCH (completty new research tree)
and many many many more.
all in the ancient history style.

i would need a few more weeks ;-)
but then.... :-)

Thanks for this MOD. I've played many, many hours on civ v and this is by far the most enjoyable historical scenario I've ever palyed for civ. :-)

Also had issues reding text for buildings and units but the MOD is so much fun this didn't ruin it for me, just took me loner to figure things out through trial and error.

Highly recomended 10/10!!

Deshalb kann ich so leider nicht beurteilen, wo dran es liegt...

Great mod, i love historically based scenarios staged in select time frames rather than progressing trhough all eras. So far i have only come across two issues:1 - i cant see proposed trade details from oppenents. I either see nothing or if i click on a resource, multiple selections get added that i did not click. So i can never really tell what i am trading for.
2 - i cant chose the civilzation i want to start with. I dont even have the option, its just always random.

I can't find the mod in my mods list, and it is telling me beneath the picture that I am missing required DLC, but I have all the DLCs.

Great scenario, but I have the same text problems as Bradicus. Also Infrastructure and Fisheries do not have any benefits but cost maintaince. Other than that, great mod, but Bradicus has a point
