same here, been using them alot and without issue, minus the charge times being way over 5 minutes XD

As a side note, it didn't matter if the gravgen was on or off. But when I removed it entirely, or moved it one block aside, everything worked as normal.

A gravity generator was sitting right smack in the middle of the center-line of the ship's mass, and it turns out it wasn't just these jump drives that were affected. So it's something Keen has to look into fixing, it relates to some recent patch changes.

Attempting to blind jump with these results only in an error message complaining about a would-be obstacle and truncation of jump distance. It doesn't matter what distance I set or where I am pointing the ship, except into gravity fields where it gives the ordinary message about that.

it would take 1 jump even with heavy ships with just one tiered jumpdrive instead of multiple vanilia ones..

In that case, it becomes difficult for me to justify the cost, and therefore the point, of building one instead of a vanilla drive on a small grid. I would believe that tiered jump drives, regardless of grid size, would be gradually superior to the vanilla one.

Small grid jumprive MK4 is supposed to be weaker than vanilla(Large grid).When Large grid Mk4 is much better than vanilla one

Is the MK4 supposed to have an inferior range compared to the vanilla jump drive, despite being far more costly? I'm looking at and comparing the small grid jump drives. The MK4 has a 900km range (while it can carry nearly twice the mass of course) versus the vanilla drive's 1250 km. The other tiers are seemingly not scaled either.

Well Jump Charge is in MegaWatt per hour and power input is in MegaWatts.For Example 6MWh is 21600MW and with power input 50MW it will charge in ~7min.
And yes values were tweaked a little just after initial release and i forgot update description.

Hey boss, I've been trying to crack open and understand the values that control the jump specs but the required input and power for jump have me stumped. Im trying to figure out the correlation between the values entered in CubeBlocks.sbc and the values posted here. I haven't been able to find any documentation on this and was hoping you could help decipher these for me. Any help/tips/pointers you can offer would be greatly appreciated!

Just a suggestion but you should make a version that has small size jumpdrives for large ships.
Mainly for Big ships that are small enough to the point where they cannot fit a fullsize jumpdrive.

One question. is there the possibility of making these jumpdrives more accurate or even jump to an exact point or some way af making jumps in formation without docking the ships somehow? If yes please make such a mod.

yup - i (and maybe other) like the default balancing that only large ships/base can do specific tasks - but that dont stop from needing more variety from blocks for this tasks...
