Can you combine this with the non ai agents mods so you end up being the only one using agents passively?

It works, even compatible with Fall of The Eagle mod.

Seems like the mod locks agents to level 1 without ability to levele up. Except if they were recruited with governor level bonus. Then they jump to lvl 10 (but without any skill upgrades)

The mod makes any of the agents to get to level 10 after they have done an action (like support army or investigate corruption ) without giving them any points. I've disabled other mods related to xp and put the mod to the bottom of the load order, but nothing helps.

I hope this works for 1212...Total War assassins Creed really ruins the immersion for me.
I can assassinate enemy generals every turn, start fires...then in return I have damaged buildings every turn that seem to require FULL pay.

I've been using this with 1212 Medieval Kingdoms and it works great. Just what I needed to stop those ridiculous, immersion-breaking agents. Thanks for uploading.

thx! i had the mod that removes all agents but then theres the problem of the fog of war and armies sneaking up, this is perfect
