Hi, love the mod. Found a bug though which you might want to fix. The dwarven cannon has wh_main_emp_smiths_2 set as an additional_building_requirement which causes the game to crash when you hover over it in the buildiing browser. Removing that entry seems to fix the problem just fine

Have updatet it for the new update, and made some rebalece.
Made Mortars, Gruge Throwers, Rock Loppers and Hellfire Cannons less powerful.
They are still really dangers, but not "one Shooting units" powerful

First off kudos for modding and posting it. I like the changes youve made to the artillary and it makes them something you have to deal with versus just a nuisance like vanilla. That being said i think they are somewhat overpowered. I like the accuracy and fire rates as youve made them but the damage/piecing/blast could be toned back maybe 25 to 30%. Most arty pieces as you have it now are in the 200 to 300 kill range(this is of course based on a full 20 v 20 battle) If the AI ignores my arty or stands still then mine will decimate them in short order, even later teir units. I think a 100 to 175 would be a more balanced outcome while impacting the battle without dominating it. The arty in the vanilla is in major need of changes like this but it seems all the mods that address the arty tend to OP them rather than balance them. Yours is the best of the lot though and i give you a big thumbs up and this is meant as constructuve. Keep up the good work!

Nerfed the blast radius of high blast artillary
And heavly nerfed Hellcannon with lower fire rate and higher cost, but keeping the fun part of hitting with it

I'm a big fan of this mod because the vanilla artillery is too weak. That being said, you might have overdone it just a little bit. If all the artillery changes in this mod were about ~20-30% less powerful, it would be perfect. The Chaos Hellcannon needs to be toned down in particular, I think its extremely overpowered as it is.

Have you seen what is your mod doing with Chaos Hellblast artilery? That thing with active BOOOM effect will on hit destroy entire unit. As in full health unit of Quarellers getting hit in center killed them all and even damaged units around.

I mean do not get me wrong. It looks amazing. Will go play Chaos next playthrough just for pure OPness of those cannons in hand of player who will guide those shots manualy :-D

I have been on holyday and now my pc constantly get BSD.

really love this and the cost increase! could you make a mod that makes empire-only artillery more OP? :steamhappy: I like high quality and expensive units taking on hordes effectively

Hi, i really love the idea of the mod as i feel that artillery doesnt feel "impactful"! Would it be possible to make a mod that reduces the number of artilleries units in a group? So if lets say the grudge thrower does 100 damage per unit with 3 units in 1 group you change it to 300 damage per unit in 1 group. I hope you get what i mean :D Thanks anyway for this mod
