Aye, the table does not contain modifiers for agent movement ranges, a limitation of the table sadly.

This only works for armies only, and not heroes. So if you embed a hero into an army, the max movement will be that of the hero.
I hope this sheds some light on the "it doesn't work all the time"-issue
I also hope this is something you will be able to and interrested in fixing.

Seems that sometimes I lose this bonus, when im the Empire and my hero gets a follower (whatever their called) with like a 6-8% movement bonus it seems to reset to default? or is it just my imagination?

Hey mate, this is an odd request, but don't suppose you'd be willing to make a version which halves movement for everyone? Players and AI? Sounds odd, but I like the world to feel as big as possible, and the large movement ranges mean the map ends up feeling a lot more cramped and claustrophobic. Thanks! <3

Yeah basically to get it to work again you have to enable this thing called " enable out of date mods" (located at the mod manager) because of the patch game thinks that mod is out of date so it puts it in that category, and because of that unless you manually select to use out of date mods, they will be disabled by default.

This only affects the army movement range out of combat, are you sure you aren't thinking of in combat dwarves? Otherwise, the movement is still hampered by poor terrain reducing your total movespeed.
