Are you able to combine this with a mod that gives the capital cities 10 building slots? As it is right now, it is incompatable with a mod that gives the main startpos extra building slots. If this is possible i would be grateful. either way, thanks for the mod!

No idea, i dont use that mod myself. If it changes something with the starting positions then no, it won't be compatible.

Damn all this start position crap!
All the best mods have made sp.esf changes and are therefore incompatible. Can we get a bit of cooperation going where modders ensure their start position mods are compatible with each other, by all using the same file I guess? Malekith who is now updating 'Lorehammer' says he might be working on such a thing... get communicating modders!

i'm using the 10 build slot for major settlements which is a shame as i'd rather keep that one :-(

Check your mods. This mod is still functioning fine but if you have any other mods that modify start position files they'll conflict and stop working.

Oh yeah they start at Tier 4, it was done at the same time as Skarsnik for obvious reasons.

Thanks for the response! I haven't played without this mod in quite some time, so I dont even remember that you starts with LV 2 settlement, xD. It just shows how awesome this mod is. Ok, so it's a bit more complicated than I thought, so I'll leave it as it is and play with your mod instead. =)

Tier 2 is the basic starting position so you've already got that as an option. I did this with the basic devtools given by CA, in this case both TWeak and BoB, the since starting positions are a bit trickier than just simple ajustments to stats via PFM.

Hi, do you mind to tell me where you edited to change the Settlement LV? Cause I feel like LV 4 is a bit too high and I want something like 2 or 3 I think. I couldn't really tell where you edited, so I thought I might just ask you in case you don't mind to share. =) Anyway, thanks for the awesome mod.

Done, sorry about that. Also, had to change the name of the mod since Skarsnik can't start in a tier 4 minor settlement, start pos changes won't allow it. He can still get to tier 4 with Mazz's tier 4 minor settlements mod but thats not in the baseline code.

Other than that both Wurrzag and Belegar start at tier 4 now, as does all the rest of the playable factions.

hey, just update the new startingh settlements for Belegar and Skarsnik because when the mod is enabled, they dont appear as factions in the grand campaign menu selection

Would a mod that alters diplomacy relations affect the starting positions?

Anything that affects your starting position will probably mess with this one. Try disabling mods you suspect might be doing it one at a time until it does work.

Yeah sorry about that, the mod is now fixed and works for all Grim & Grave Lords, and the old Victory Conditions bug is fixed as well finally!

Sorry for the (very) late reply, ive tried desperately looking around, asking people in many venues and ive tried fixing the problem on my own. Thus far this is the problem: A part of the official modding tools is to blame for wiping the victory conditions clean, and ive been told the best thing to do is to wait for CA to fix it as they have been notified of the problem. In the meantime ive been looking for alternative ways to fix it but to be honest i am kinda stumped as of this moment.

If anything changes i will let you all know.

Its always had this problem, its just that I would get annoyed over it , abandon the campaign, and forget about it. Hehe. I'm surprised no one has stated this till I did.

Yes this is an issue ive tried to adress on my end as well, all i can tell you right now is that if you want your victory conditions you're gonna have to play a fresh game without the mod on.

This mod had runied several of my legendary capaigns by removing the victory condictions and turing them to infinite campaigns that never end. Wasted 3 hours today on a beast men mini campaign on legedary wiping out the entire map just to remember the infinite campaign problem. Yes I tested it with/without other mods. I also tested with fresh install.

I noticed that wheh you start any campaign, Chaos is already present at turn 1, so no Chaos Invasion happens
