The main changes are that the Anti Material Rifle can now be a honorable / despised weapon (Long Shots / Ranged Heavy), and it now appear as a relic (for those who want to go on a quest for the boomstick). However, its stats and crafting cost remain the same as before.

As soon as you click "Add Bill" poof, game no longer responds

If you really intrested in my oppinion, i think that everyone is too much trying to create weaponry of "something". Historical weaponry, gamed weaponry, like HALO arsenal, so on. If you want - check out the Rimsenal vanilla expansion. There is some balance about staying vanilla in concept and expanding it. The one could learn from it.
Free your mind. Do your own design of weaponry, unite it by some good idea (Uranium-bulleted Arsenal sounds good.) and unleash it on the users.... ) I don't know how you taking my advices, i am just a user of your mod (and grateful one), but this could do the trick to get to the most subscribed. ) And all my "advices" becouse i don't know how to code, full of ideas and can see, that what you do is have some quality. )
Or two recipes, like with your desert eagle mod? One is early-game AM rifle, and second, with uranium and plasteel - for the later game and some high-tech design?)
